I was a bit at peace but I can’t seem to sleep … I just feel miserable when I don’t have something to distract me from him

I don’t love him because I need him…I love him because he gives me feelings I never thought I needed

I got a new tattoo 😅….the tattoo was less painful than having feelings that won’t go away.

I have only slept 4 hours, but I’m going to take my mom to dinner for her bday

On the bright side there was free drinks… #bearnecessities forget about your worries

I’m glad I took someone to the wedding, I would’ve literally sat by myself :/

I don’t know if I’m reaching a breaking point, but I reached out to my therapist… because no one understands me

I think EUPHORIA is a good show but I think it’s kinda triggering…not just to already rehabilitated people, but people who might be depressive, or curious about finding their #euphoria

I feel good today… I met an older woman and I think we were meant to cross paths… complete stranger told me basically her life story it’s pretty inspiring… #startedfromthebottom now she’s up and alive. 📝

Today I bought my mom some more plants for her garden.. it makes me happy to see her happy. I also find it #therapeutic to be outside with the plants. The only time I don’t feel the need to be on social media.

Yesterday my friends took me out to eat for my bday. How nice of them. I kinda feel bad that they paid for my food. 🫤

I slept most of the day…woke up sad because I don’t have anyone to go with to the wedding. The person I go everywhere with is going to be busy and everyone else has a boo or kids…I like being single but it gets lonely too

It has literally been a week since I’ve spoken to him. #nothingness
