Short version of why she changed: It turns out being the "chosen one" meant being cursed with a demon sword that would wreak chaos on the world and torment your bloodline. Not to mention the detrimental psychological effects it had on you. But after fighting for control of her fate, Reila decides to put her own twist in her story by giving in to the demon sword and merging with it.

Will I one day flesh out the lore?? Maybe. Even this lore is still in progress 🤷🏽
