Lascars (Round Da Way) 2009 - English Subtitles
I decided to share here a project that I've been working on for the past few weeks, I'm a huge fan of this movie and have been meaning to show it to my friends, however, the existing English subs that are floating around online are very inaccurate and have tons of missing lines. So I decided to completely re-do the subtitles from scratch with a brand-new translation.
Lascars (Released as "Round Da Way" in English territories) is a French animated comedy film based on the TV mini-series of the same name (titled "Homiez" in its English dub). The movie tells the story of two young men from the ghettos of Paris, and their hopeless attempts to earn enough money to go on their dream vacation to the Caribbean before the end of the summer.

Not my boss coming to me this morning making sure I was okay after we got chewed out friday, I know I probably was looking at him like I wanted to kill myself after that I'm not good at hiding my emotions in my face at all 😭😭

#i'm laughing now but i did cry as soon as i went home and i'm not a crier at all i just bottle it up then boom here comes the waterworks#and he didn't yell or anything. im not mad at him he was just very harsh and it was just an overwhelming and stressful week#and getting chewed out like that was the fat giant turd on top of everything else#Anyway lol#actually i think right after he chewed us out that same day he asked me if i was okay too 😭😭 i know i was looking at him horrendous...#i cant keep a poker face for nothing oops
