It’s one thing to have a schedule, it’s another thing to empower it to guide your living. It’s a lesson I’m learning. It’s all good to have a filled out calendar, with Quiet Time at 6am, and Exercise at 7:30, and a Client Meeting at 10am...but when the rubber meets the road, will you follow through? Will you shut down the laptop in the middle of that Netflix series because bedtime is here, or will push on for the remainder of the 25 minutes (or so it seems...)? I’m learning the importance of sticking to my calendar, especially because in the process of developing it, I consulted with God, sought His guidance - how long should my QT be, what time should I sleep.. Something I believe God told me a few months back is that having a schedule and sticking to it is the bucket I need to receive what He’s bringing my way. Set it up, sit back, and watch. Mimi huyo!
