You ever just think about the fact that Miorine is this half-pint terrier, barking at everything bigger than her because she lives in a perpetual state of unpersonhood. Like she is so, deservedly, angry at everything and everyone around her and has just decided, "fine, I'll do it all myself" meaning she's constantly feeling the pressure of her entire world on her tiny shoulders.

Then comes Suletta, her anxious knight who's literally having a panic attack the second she screws up any sort of social interaction. The girl who's so out of her depths that she clings to what she perceives as the safest and most stable person to be with (even if it was her mother who originally suggested she "make friends" as a "normal and achievable goal for a kid to have"). The girl who fights in grandiose war mech battles to protect her wife but would fold like a paper tiger if she had to wave down the server to ask for no pickles.

And yet, at the end of the day, this girl who founded her own company, makes business trips to negotiate peace, and is desperately trying to hold everything together, needs her ibs girlfriend to hug her to keep her from falling apart. The girl who's been standing on tip toes so she'll be taken seriously needs the girl who hunches and makes herself smaller to avoid conflict.

I'm just...obsessed with how these two are cats that fit together like puzzle pieces.
