Academics are really a double edged sword bc I love learning and studying in my field but the grading part is massively triggering for me and my ocd thought patterns. I was regularly falling apart and crying over assignments and having nightmares about failing classes. It took a lot out of me. Law school is a highly competitive environment and I’ve always worried that I can’t handle the pressure

My little boy didn’t meet me till Monday bc he was on vacation when i started. I have known him for four days and he’s already my little shadow. He takes me by the hand to lead me wherever so he can plop down in my lap and be read to and even while his friends are playing he only wants me. And he also asks to “see kitty!” So I show him pics of Toulouse. Oh I love him so much
