I have a theory (Spoilers for all LIS Games)

I believe Chloe had a power all along, like Rachel it was never blatantly stated but shown while making us think it was something that could be passed off as a coincidence. What if Chloe having dreams about her father and seeing him wasn't really just in her head. What if upon her fathers death her powers awoken due to a high point of stress. Like how with Max’s time traveling it was seeing someone (a stranger to her at the time due to not recognizing Chloe) get shot.

 Captain Spirit falling from his tree house latter. and likely Rachel after brewing on the idea of her father laying and cheating on her mother (that is if this was when she received them though this was the first time they were likely shown to us.) So what if after her fathers death she initially had dreams about her father like any kid who lost a child would but it turned into real visions that grew over time of how her father died when going to get her mother and how it happened much like the first scene with her vision in LIS BTS she seeing this despite her not being in the car at the time. 

What if as time went on she had this grew as the LIS BTS game went on thus allowing her to communicate with her father’s spirit through he visions while she slept then it as the game came to an ending turned into her  being able to talk to him without needing to sleep when her father’s spirit reached out to her to help her. We never see things from Chloe's perspective in LIS OG so that leaves things open there. Though I believe her abilities stretched even further in 2 directions the first one being Death visions this like the next one having less proof and are more crazy theories/what ifs than anything else.

But I believe that when Chloe saw Rachel in her visions of her dad when Rachel bursted into flames that was Chloe predicting Rachel was going to die. I believe that possibly Chloe during LIS OG was possibly seeing herself in her visions the whole time so when you have to choose her or the bay at the ending that why she had a moment and connected the dots and told max she had to die she saw her death and she wasn't dead. I as a side note just wanna say that through out LIS OG she was related and symbolized death the whole time all the time while Max was the one who was related to time all the time with her photos wanting moments to last forever and constantly wanting to go back in time by looking at photos (metaphorically speaking despite that literally happening) so i think like max her powers are more likely to be about death than anything else. 

Now for the second and last part of the 2 more out there theories is the blue butterfly that was related to Chloe during all of LIS OG what if that was either A her from another time line going over to the current one much like how max could travel between time lines and was there trying to help Max save the lives of everyone in Arcadia Bay that she foresaw to die. Or maybe it was B Chloe’s spirit shifting to the past with the butterfly trying to help out max the best she could though how or why a dead Chloe spirit was around before a dead Chloe was fully there is more up in the air. 

But that was my theory, it is my head cannon that Chloe this whole time did have powers it was just powers that she likely didn’t know were real powers until the very end after learning her friend had powers and the things that she likely tried to pass off as issues she had with loosing people and bad dreams rather than actual powers since up till then she likely thought that not believing powers could ever exist. 

Kinda like how we all when we see something we don’t understand we try to rationalize it rather than consider it being supernatural because we wish to believe it was just some weird normal thing cause weird supernatural stuff doesn't exist. I hope you like the theory if not *shrug* meh just wanted to put that out there now though like I’ve wanted to for a long while now but with LIS 2 announced and the statement that Max isn’t suppose to be the only one with powers opening up the bag of possibilities knowing that anyone else could have powers too excited me and made me want to put up this theory more.

So you like the old teen titans show and you wanna draw an oc girl in the original art style but you dunno who to use as reference art! its simple really since there’s a written law about this. FOR YOU SEE, if your character is a run away, misunderstood, lack of control of powers, angst y and moody but no they arent totally emo god! but are sweet and kind but partly tomboyish and likely live at the titans tower for free but may not be a member yet. 

Use Terra Strong- I mean Terra Markov. So they fly? Then use raven or starfire. Are they best girl and angst y, moody, emo, quiet, wears a hood, misunderstood, and or hide themselves in shadows. Use Raven, you also must use raven if they are intended to be thicc as fuuuu- Moving on, Are you a boy who isn't stupid buff? Robin. Are you a boy? Robin. Are you buff? Cyborg. Are you trying to be unique? Robin. 

Are you in denial on who you really want to use for your male base? Beastboy. What about starfire you ask? or jinx? or bumble bee? I dunno are you actually trying to be original or something? oh... you are...? Well get the fuck out of here this isn't a post of original people... its for people who did all of the above including me Terrabestgirlcomeatmeworthyravenbestgirladversaries!

Just a quick reminder

Not everyone will like your fic. Write it anyway.

Not everyone will like your moodboards/edits/vids. Make more. 

Pursue your craft because it makes you happy, and just know that there are people out there who adore everything you create and can’t wait for more. And there are fans that haven’t found you yet, but your content will change their life.
