Here we can see when Catnap was trying to convince his friends to join him in the cause, so Foxeclips decided to turn himself in, so that he could somehow take care of his friends, being stronger and thus preventing the others from being killed, or missing like Piggy. ....(that's what they think because they haven't seen her in a while)
