Pumpkin Hummus and Potato Wedges!🧡 This roasted butternut squash hummus is so delicious and easy to do! 😍  Hummus recipe: One can of chickpeas 2 tbsp tahini 2 cloves of garlic Start food prosessor on high Add 2 tbs lemon juice 200 g roasted butternut squash About 2 tbsp of olive oil About 2 tbsp water 1 tsp salt 1 tsp turmeric Blend untill smooth in a food prosessor. Store in a fridge up to 7 days. Potato wedges: Potatos into wedges and in to lined baking tray, sprinkle some oil, salt, chili flakes and pepper on top and bake in 225c (450f) for 25 min.
