First I was like teehee polygon man being all dramatic, I mean look at him

But then the action started and suddenly his funny model didn't matter, its fast paced action first and foremost.

I also liked that their little conversation didn't last too long or start again middle of the fight (ik it's fairly short video but rwby sometimes man... man)

Harbingers' gears starting to move was such a neat way to show that Qrow is getting tired of his shit ready to fight. Although from what I remember in the show it only does that when transforming to the schyte but I'll let it slide because its cool. :-]

Also the way the creator manages to make them interact with the surroundings, despite it seemingly being just empty big room

Also also Qrow changing to birdform in middle of fighting like yes!!! Use all your abilities !!!1

Makes you wonder why he doesn't do that, I get that it's easier to storyboard + animate without having to think about all these elements but like... you could give it a reason atleast? Maybe it could make person dizzy to change forms in unnerving situations or maybe Qrow is ashamed of it and doesn't like to show people what he is (and that could further bird magic bad thing). Then again if it's abnormal in-universe wouldn't it be good way to freak out your enemy..?
