Current thoughts, subject to change:

I don't think any of dTeam is intentionally malicious. I think they're all just white dudes (by USA standards) from privileged and conservative backgrounds who are slowly unlearning shit.

Caiti has been traumatized by her experience with George. I am not disputing or debating that. I will not tolerate claims of lying based on her body language or speech patterns.

Frankly, body language is not a suitable point of judgement for anything because it varies so widely by culture, neurotype, and individual. If you didn't like Tommy mocking Dream's speech and expressions, then don't do that to anyone.

TL;DR Caiti has trauma. The dTeam are not intentionally malicious. These beliefs can and do coexist.

DTeam and friends, Caiti and friends, and us as audience -- everyone has a lot to learn and take accountability for.

I do not support Wilbur Soot (and by extension Lovejoy) at all. His actions are repetitive and harmful despite warning and direct communication between him and his multiple victims. He has shown that he will not change or take accountability.

Dream Team and Punz are on thin ice at best. So far I do not believe the current situations involving them are much more than lack of complete communication from ALL parties -- both themselves and the people speaking against them. They have taken accountability for harm caused, and if they do not show intent and action to being better going forward -- both publicly and privately -- I am prepared to fully drop and speak against them myself.

I believe that people have been hurt. And I believe that people have caused harm.

But I also believe that there are grey areas and people should be allowed a chance to change. It is only after they prove that they will not change (as in Wilbur's case) that they should be shut down.

I love that Dream had so much fun at the game but MAN. I REALLY wish he'd wear a face mask in public.

He gets sick super easily. Multiple people, including him, got sick during/after his tour.

And he visited a children's hospital during his tour. unmasked. with kids who are already sick. kids who really don't need exposure to an airborne pathogen that causes strokes, heart attacks, and early dementia

I acknowledge that USA media and medicine (esp in Florida) is not actually helping people stay healthy or safe, but I also wish Dream would learn and do better about this

And now we have reports of positive SARS-2 tests after the DC droncert.

There were immune compromised fans there.

Dream himself is probably immune compromised.

Dream's philosophy is love. That's what the whole drEP is about: love, for family, for friends, for everyone.

Spreading a deadly and disabling airborne virus is not love.

If you were at the DC droncert: test, mask up, and isolate when you can.

You can spread SARS-2 even if you have no symptoms.

Current symptoms are respiratory, intestinal, and cardiac.

Dream is probably immune compromised! (lung problems, recent surgery, gets sick easily and often)

SARS-2 is still here, it travels through the air, and it now causes:

intestinal problems and aggressive vomiting

heart attack and stroke

increased risk of cancers

long term heart, lung, and brain problems

even if you're vaccinated, even if you have no symptoms

you can't know who is vulnerable just by looking at them, and a lot of people don't know they are vulnerable!

Dream wants us to be kind and to take care of each other. imo that includes protecting each other from preventable illness
