November Rules (a little bit late) ✨
•Food:
-500 during the week, 1000 on weekends
-Fast on Tuesday’s, try Friday’s too
-Try veggies, and fruits. Expand your diet
-Try full vegetarian, if you give in, only chicken
-Focus on protein
-If you binge, go 750 for 2 days, then fast an extra day
- Drink more water!!!!
•Exercise:
-Burn at least 200 calories, try for 300
-Don’t exercise on fasting days
-Don’t fast on gym days, fast the day before or after
-Do the flat stomach workout daily
-Alexis Ren workouts 2 days, 1 day break, repeat
•Misc.
-Skincare! And hygeine
-Turn all homework in on time, do your best
-Try to sleep at least 7 hours
- Don’t forget iron and vitamin C
- Be cute everyday, don’t slack on looks
- “I don’t want this” not “I cant have this”
