"Make peace with who you are"

It's okay to be yourself.
Whatever the situation, you should never deny who you are now. Thinking that I am not like this, that I can't stay like this, that I have to become something, is an attitude furthest from the teachings of Zen.
At the same time, it is also a principle that it is okay for others to be themselves.
For example, it's okay for someone to be lazy. Things will get complicated if you start thinking unnecessary things like, "It’s my laziness to blame. If I don't try harder, I won't be able to keep up with the world of today." Every human being has their own strengths and weaknesses. It is usually said that one should develop one's strengths and change one's weaknesses, but this is quite the opposite. Developing your strengths will only make you a conventional person. It is only when you develop your weaknesses that you become the person you are.
What you need is to clarify who you are now, clearly. Make peace with yourself, including the things you've always thought were your shortcomings and have worried about, even the things you've disliked. Declare that it's okay to be "yourself."
“Good day, Good day, Every day is a good day”, which means “There is already no good or bad.” For thousands of years, the pioneers of Zen Buddhism have taught that. That could be a message from the galactic universe far, far away.

I used to analyze myself down to the last thread, used to compare myself with others, recalled all the smallest glances, smiles and words of those to whom I’d tried to be frank, interpreted everything in a bad light, laughed viciously at my attempts ‘to be like the rest’ –and suddenly, in the midst of my laughing, I’d give way to sadness, fall into ludicrous despondency and once again start the whole process all over again – in short, I went round and round like a squirrel on a wheel.
-Fyodor Dostoevsky, Crime and Punishment

What did i read? I always forget what have i been reading or watching.
Suddenly i recall some fragments, or a certain point and i can never map it to from where it came.

I used to believe, I understand myself, that I know what I want. But not anymore.
There might been very many easter eggs which I failed to notice.
The path isn’t a straight line; it’s a spiral. You continually come back to things you thought you understood and see deeper truths.

If they don't care about you, give them less access. If they often cross your boundaries, give them less access. If they often belittle you, blame you, disrespect you, invalidate you, or judge you, give them less access. Don't try to control people, control their access to you.
