People who wish for wheelchairs are (the VAST majority of the time, from my experience) NOT “wishing they were so disabled that they need a wheelchair.”

They ARE, however, more often than not (again, in MY experience) in so much pain that they want to stop and they know how to lessen the pain of walking.

I blocked someone over this shit. Kinda thought that a disability advocate would know that wanting (usually actually NEEDING, but I continue) a wheelchair DOES NOT MEAN that person “wants to be more disabled.” It means they want to lessen the pain of the disability they ALREADY HAVE.
