Umm i dont know if it counts for a stray or not, but one time I saw a turtle in the middle of the road so I stopped traffic so I could pick it up and safely bring it to the other side.... It peed on me.

It was so awkward around Ford sometimes because she’d totally fallen for him. For real. She just hated the embarrassment and hurt that came with being rejected because the feelings were not reciprocated.

“Complicated. I get that. I really am sorry though. And I know I’m probably not the greatest person to reach out to because of… everything with the show, but you can always call if you need anything.”

I know how busy shit can get out there. “ ford replied glancing back to nari, while they had a complicated history and a fake relationship, he did for real care about her and he didn’t want her to think anything was dumb about coming to Aurora Bay. After all he’d had the same thought. “ other people? Please don’t tell me they moved filming the show to here did they ?” Ford asked hoping that wasn’t the case. She’d been arrested with their dad but there was always a part of him that wondered how much she knew, he always wanted to think better of her. “Alright, okay… you’ve got me there.” Nari laughed as she held her hands up on mock surrender. “You’re probably right. It’s just so deep and there are all kinds of things lurking there. But you’re right, I’m sure what’s on land is just as bad if not worse.”

Nari’s brows rose when she heard the question, taken aback that the woman didn’t know what it was but she was also thankful for it. “Oh, it’s a reality show I was on for a while.” She tried to say it nonchalant even though she was slightly embarrassed about it. “No, I’m not. Parents aren’t famous, no. Other members of the cast had famous parents, I was just on it because I was dating one of the guys.” Which made her sound so unimportant so she quickly added, “but I’m an artist. I make music and I’ve been on like, a whole world tour.” She shrugged, a little grin pulled at her lips as she thought about how proud she was of that aspect of her career.

Nari understood to some degree, as she’d also gone through a bad injury that kept her from touring for a while, but she’d gotten back up and was able to do it all again. The worst part of the deal for her was that she took that spot on Nepo Babies to keep herself from becoming irrelevant, which did nothing but make her look like some diva, some mean girl that did make fans upset sometimes.

“I get that. At least coaching will be close. Sorta. I’m sorry, I know it’s not going to be exactly the same but it’ll still be good.”

"It's a bad feeling to not know if you're going to be able to do the thing you love." For Nico it did mean his career was over. He could still play with friends and with a local adult league, but sometimes that felt like cheating when he was still good despite his injury. He would never be the player he was, but he could still play and did still follow the sport.

“Hey I get that, but it’s way too messy for me.” Which was a bit ironic coming from Nari, the woman who fell for her co-star/fake boyfriend on Nepo Babies, then found a rebound that she ended up falling for, only for them to be driven apart by all the secrecy of their relationship. Yeah, totally not messy at all.

Nari took a shot and wiped the corner of her mouth with her thumb. “Alright, uh… never have I ever been gotten embarrassingly drunk at a party before.”

Nari couldn’t help but laugh because she knew that would get someone. It was a risky game to play when she had so many secrets herself but that was part of the fun, wasn’t it?

“Thankfully I haven’t done either!” Nari gave her a little smirk. “Alright, uuuhh.. never have I ever received a gift and swore I loved it but actually hated it.”

A drinking game was such a bad idea. Nari’s cheeks were pink and warm and she decided to step outside for some fresh air. One hand held her heels by their straps and the other held a bottle of water.

“Oh my god, hey. What are you doing out here?” Her words her slightly slurred but at least she was confident she’d remember seeing him. “I am. Maybe too much? And you?”

He sucks in the cool air, watching his date from afar, mind wandering to more innocent places before his head tilts at a short figure emerging from the building. "Hey stranger." He greets, blowing the smoke downwind away from her. "Having fun?" He asks, taking one last look before giving Nari his attention.

"Girl I'm buying you shots, does it matter?" Nari laughed and grinned in anticipation to find out if the woman had ever been potentially messy. Nari laughed at the answer and shook her head. "I get that. Don't get me wrong, I've been tempted but it's never happened."

"Aw shit." Nari muttered as she brought the shot glass to her lips and threw it back. "Please don't think I'm a terrible person for that one."

"Alright let's see..." Nari chewed on her lips as she tried to think of a good one. "Never have I ever... accidentally liked something when I'm stalking someone's Instagram."

Joey is skeptical. Depending on how this goes, and if anyone else plays when she parts ways, someone might end up sleeping in the corner of the dance. Oh well. She knows her own limits.

"Haven't, actually. I surprise myself with that one. So now I go..." she squints her eyes while thinking, just to determine a question that doesn't throw herself under the bus. "Never have I ever told someone their baby was cute but didn't mean it."
