MIP_101, Paths Left Untaken.

These doodles relate to Paths' activation period, highlighting how, as an Iterator, she's never experienced having a puppet that isn't supported by armature. So she can't support her own body weight. Her empty expression signifies how, as an Iterator, she's never been crammed into such a tiny, underpowered vessel before, and her new existence is both unfamiliar and terrifying.

She's wearing the MIP uniform, btw!! ^_^

Thank you!! I wrote some stuff about my thoughts / intentions behind it, in case anyone was wondering. For the design itself, I took inspiration from phony by Tsumiki, aha.

also side tangent idk what to call the Iterator Builders. I tend to prefer the fanon terms bc they allow for a more clear distinction between the Depths Ancients (past civilization) and the other ancients mentioned in-game that relate to the civilization that built the Iterators. but between fanon terms I'm also torn between Benefactors and Architects, aha. so for now I will confuse EVERYONE by constantly switching between them. yay!! ((in-lore I'll probably stick with Architects for the sake of simplicity; Benefactors will likely be more of a Class Signifier for people responsible for Iterator Construction and others with a lot of influence??? idk man world-building is hard.))

I might start posting some things... "out of order" as I'm getting closer to current day. There are some illustrations I feel like I REALLY want to archive / organize here, more than others, so I might start prioritizing those and putting some older works on the backburner.

Also this has been inactive for a while due to work and Art Fight preparations. askblog has been found dead in a ditch sorry
