Hrrrrmmmmm okkaaaay soooooo

this is a sketch comic i drew last year (November 2023) shortly after finishing Ennie's Lobby and starting a new full time job. I didn't really write a script for it and i finished it in 2 weeks... this is completely unedited and just how i made it a year ago (lol rip good luck)

when i tell you i have never responded to anything more passionately in my life that is the truth... idk i fell into a coma or something, it was crazy

there are some things about this that I think are quite nice, which is why I'm sharing it!!! But also please note that it also deserves a good helping of "HE WOULD NOT F***ING SAY THAT" and i understand that 😂 i hope you are able to enjoy it anyway, i said what i said

Big ol piece of my OC Surf! For a little bit of background (and lore as a treat), Surf is a CCCat, a monster that begins as a sort of worm parasite that takes corpses as their host. In Surf’s case, due to a series of unfortunate events, not one but THREE wormlings took the body of a dying demigod. Before the demigod passed, his dying wish was that Surf use his body to continue the fight the demigod started— a war against tyrannical gods hellbent on playing with and twisting their subjects for nothing but mere whims.

Skipping ahead, Surf eventually came around to the demigod’s side of things and, with the help of his two brothers that cohabited the body, became a serious problem to the gods. In retaliation, the gods sought to destroy Surf. Surf managed to save himself, but not before the gods shattered two of his three eyes— thus killing both of his brothers. Devastated, severely injured, and a shadow of his former self, Surf was forced to retreat, and has been spending the years slowly building up his strength and learning to cope with the lose of the two closest to him.

Disclaimer that while Surf and his individual lore is mine, I didn’t make up the species Cccats or their wormling/host-taking lore! Cccats were created by WellHidden, they’re pretty neat
