Faro De Pampatar, Pampatar, Venezuela: The Punta Ballenas Lighthouse, or Pampatar Lighthouse, is a historic lighthouse located on the southeastern tip of Margarita Island, Venezuela, on the edge of Pampatar. This impressive structure was built in August 2007 and its function is to improve maritime safety and keep Venezuela's maritime signaling and navigation systems up to date. It has since become a beloved landmark on the island, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the Caribbean Sea.
