Snufkin x (supposed to be male reader but can also be read as gn) thingy I wrote.....

The grass brushes the bottom of your shoes softly, drifting back and forth with the light gusts of wind. You watch your feet carefully, avoiding any flowers in your path. You were on your way to find a place to settle, after all, you've been wandering for days now. After your village had been abandoned, due to the lack of trees and food, it was no longer a place you wanted to live at.

As you watched for flowers, you spotted a blue, tall house within your peripheral vision. You stopped your feet, fidgeting with the straps of the bag on your back, observing the house. It seemed as if there were people there, a small girl and a nice looking guy with a green hat having a conversation on the porch.

Your feet took rein, running as fast as you could over to the house. This would be your first form of communication with anyone in a few days. Though your feet acted careless, you jumped over the patches of flowers. Beautiful flowers, not to be destroyed with the bottom of your shoes.

Once you made it to the house, you stopped at the stairs to the porch, observing the two as they stared at you. The nice looking man's mouth was slightly agape, as if he had just saw a beautiful butterfly upon a gorgeous flower. You smiled at him, and he looked away.

"Hello you two, is there any possibility I could stay around here? I've been traveling for a few days now, and I need a quick break, I could leave after a bit if you want."

The little girl ran inside, yelling for someone called "Moominmamma," calling for her to come outside. Soon enough, 3 other people came outside, causing you to step back a few.

"Hello, I am Moominmamma. Am I in need?" She greeted, smiling softly at you. You took a second to respond, taking in her nice voice.

"Y-yes, I was wondering, could I stay around here for a while? I have been traveling for a place to stay, since my village had been abandoned and the food is gone." Your stomach growled just in time, making you look down. "Actually, I am quite hungry. If you don't mind, may I get a snack or two?

"Oh yes, yes indeed! You may stay here, or," she gestured to the man in the green hat, "Snufkin, here, could lend you a tent."

You nodded, taking a good look at Snufkin. His hair was a nice shade of brown, going well with his hat. His head was still turned, but you could still make out the reddish tint of his cheeks. You smiled at that.

"Anyways, come, come in as you please! Make yourself home as long as you want." She offered, smiling, waving her hand softly to gesture to the door.

"Thank you, Moominmamma." You began making your way up the steps, following behind Moominmama to go inside of the house. You looked around, eyes eventually landing on a couch. You made your way to it, taking off the bag that hung from your shoulders, sitting down and sighing.

Your head instinctively rolled back, your eyes shut. You almost fell asleep within those few seconds until you felt the couch dip beside you. Your eyes slowly opened and looked to the side to see Snufkin sitting beside you, tensed up but not seeming upset. He was fidgeting with his hands, staring before him. You picked up your head and turned it to him.

"You nervous?" Your voice seemed to catch him off guard, his eyes widening slightly and hands tensing up. He side eyed you, not maliciously, just to take a glance at you. He turned his head opposite of you, nodding slightly.

"About what?" You couldn't even finish your sentence before his thumb shot back to point at you. Your cheeks began to heat up at the gesture.

"O-oh.. How come?" His hand dropped and his head turned to you, his face surprisingly red.

"You're.. gorgeous. That is an outrageous question." His voice was so nice, so soothing, it almost put you to sleep right there. Your mouth dropped open slightly. Then, you smiled, looking down to watch your hand so you could place it on his.

"Would you two kiss already?" The little girl asked, quite loudly, making you jump slightly.

"What!?"

besides that umm his autistic swagger. he definitely has sensory issues like me 👍👍 i think chris doesn't really understand a lot of the time when things are too much for dan but he accepts that his friend doesn't like certain textures and eats the same things every day and that's just how he Is :P
