It’s raining and I sooo love rain. I don’t know why. Might be something genetic. But I have always loved rain and I actually want to be out in it, even though it is 4am. I mean…wtf…I kinda don’t care…except I would disturb my husband…but the rain. I hope it rains on us at the zoo tomorrow…sincerely.

CB Radios
So before the cell phone age, there were these things called CB Radios. CB stands for 'Citizen Band'. People had them in their cars...well...my parents did. They used them when we would go camping with our extended family for communicating. Today, truckers still use them to communicate road conditions and possible upcoming situations on the road. There is also a space or channel for emergencies...Channel 9. If there was an emergency, you could use this channel to radio for help. On one dark winter night when I was a child, I remember my parents utilizing this channel. We had a nice night out on the town in Spanish Fork, Utah. It was dark when we were heading home. Many times we would take a quieter back route home than the Interstate I-15, and take a little road called Arrowhead Trail that lead right to our home. At the northbound end of this road was a sharp curve leading to a T-intersection. We were coming home southbound and turning left off the 'T' onto Arrowhead Trail. My parents noticed car lights off the road cattywampus. A car had missed the turn northbound at the end of Arrowhead Trail and rolled. We were first on the scene, apparently. My parents told us to hang tight...that this person needed our help. It was a woman. She was hurt. My parents didn't dare move her, as the car had rolled multiple times. My father held her hand, while my mother sent a mayday on Channel 9. We waited until paramedics and police arrived. I vaguely remember that part...the lights and sirens. I was so young and was so tired. Our house was literally 5 minutes away from there. I don't remember anything else about what happened. I should ask my parents about it and what they remember. Maybe I have false memories of it. I remember feeling proud that my parents were people who would help other people in trouble, and that I wanted to be like that too. #CBRadio #ArrowheadTrail

I have left that god forsaken landscape now called fucking X and I am hoping this is a place I can journal freely without endangering US democracy. Fuck you Mr. Musk for being an absolute non-gentleman. I’m certain you have no care or awareness of yourself. I wish to side with the better side in this transition of humanity. You are on the wrong side. I thought you were smart. You are a greedy fool and…well… a fraud, in my opinion. You have established your ground and where you belong. You are not to be trusted: I would never buy a Tesla and if I had one, I would sell it or my stock.
