[video description: process recording of die cutting a custom box on a C&P clamshell-action press for a portfolio of architectural samples. the press opens and closes as a V on a hinge. Normally it's set up with a relief printing surface on one leg of the V and the blank sheet on the other; when the V closes, the printing surface comes in contact with the sheet and transfers pressure and ink. But these presses can also have instead of printing material, sharp cutting rule, which cut through the sheet when the V closes to make perfectly repeated, custom shapes. This box is cut with windows in its closing leaves to show the logo printed inside, and is closed with a finishing nail as a toggle. end description.]
