Saw poppies among other flowers blooming in my area with the light shining through their petals, made me want to paint some.

I think I'm finally starting to understand how to do saturated glazes, but I need to learn more about shading layers.

I was watching a stream where the streamer and her community were trying to draw something from a vague concept every sunday. The last one was "flowerbud wanderer".

This little guy is a traveling monk who goes around wherever the weather is getting warmer. His job is to help flowers grow with the help of his magic stick and by chanting sutras. 😁

The coconut nut is a giant nut, if you eat too much you'll get very fat and they'll roast you and feed a village.

Made on Canson XL paper with sakura fineliners, ohuhu markers from the 48 set, white posca, faber castell teal brush, and faber castell "heart of gold" marker.

Digital anatomy practice for the Kimodameshi 2025 using David Revoy's brush pack ! They're smooth and feel pretty good 😊 I wonder if I should take the opportunity of this challenge to post more than once a week ?
