my may rules/goals
this is just for me, posting to stay on track.
may starting weight: 160lbs (why’d i do this to myself)
rules
calorie intake: 800
calorie limit: 1,000
workout 5 days a week
vegetables and/or fruits in every meal
2 meals a day
no snacking
protein in every meal
no peanut butter (pb2 instead)
don’t cook with oil (use 0 cal spray)
weekday eating window: 4-8pm (20:4 IF)
weekend eating window: 2-8 pm (18:6 IF)
drink at least a liter of water daily
goals
lose 2.5 pounds a week
stay consistent
reach 150lbs
build workout stamina
stop purging
