Pro tip: if you are having a hard time feeling less panic around bugs: name them! Just refer to them by a name. They will not be bothered if you mix them up, and it helps a LOT for learning a more measured and rational response to their presence.
"Oh that spider in the corner? That's Gerald"
People almost never believe me that this works, then they try it and are shocked at its impact over a relatively short span of time.

#the second doctor who took over my case in A&E last month.#he said that the first doctor didn't know what he was talking about with my prescription (That would later resolve the issue)#and said I'm too young for the meds and I'm just a child (I'm in my 20s)#he refused to fill the first prescription and gave me something that made me sicker#and then a GP prescribed me the first med he refused and what do you know... it resolved the issue and the GP said I am not too young for i#many dealings with healthcare have not been great
