Renegades 1, Practice Turned Over pt.1 (Mha Fanfiction)

Talia and I couldn't find our way out of the maze. We turned every corner and climbed every staircase but we couldn't find a way out. "Tyler! Make this more easy on us would you." We both duck from a cement boulder heading for us.

Oh shit I am kinda getting ahead of myself. My name is Seth, and the girl standing right next to me is Talia. Today is our new training day since we couldn't do it Tuesday. "Okay so the goal is not to break the walls open and find a way out, right? So why not blow them down?"Talia asked with a positive look in her eye.

"And crush everyone else in this place, no." I figure that Talia and I differ when it comes to logic, she is smart at more important things aside from this, and I know the true physics of my quirk. "Maybe you can scan the area around us and figure out where everyone is."

"Okeydokie!" She closed her eyes spreading her arms upwards to get a good reading of the minds around us. I heard footsteps behind us, so my immediate reaction was to put up my defenses. I cloaked us with mist to keep others from seeing us. Two figures came out of the shadows and there standing before us were Tjaden and Talia's brother, Kyle. "Fuck."

"When did this mist come into the battlefield?" Kyle was staring right at my face, just two feet away. I didn't move an inch.

"I don't know and I don't care, we need to group up with your sister and Seth to come up with a proper plan to get out of here." Tjaden was covered in dirt and wet cement. His gloves we lit with the energy he has been storing since the last time we all got confronted by others. Slowly I started to lift the mist.

"Talia have you detected anyone?" Tjaden and Kyle looked at us like we just came from thin air. "Yeah aside from these two dimwits that are standing before us."

"How the hell did you guys just pop up?" Kyle was looking bored.

"One of my adapted quirks, so have you guys found a way out of here?"

Tjaden scoffed, "Not yet, we actually found more traps and more kids."

"Go figure", I looked at Talia who was looking passed us. All of us looked in her direction and we saw a dog. This wasn't a normal dog though, it was made of cement. "Tjaden, please get him."

"Sounds fine to me." He opened his palm to release the energy at the dog to splatter into mush against the wall. "So has Talia scanned the area yet?"

"That I have." She put a hand on Tjaden and I. She didn't really need to reach out to Kyle thanks to his quirk. We got a kind of map in our heads of her last locations of the other kids. Casidy and Jasper were fighting two other kids and Carlos was fighting his partner. "We will need to find Casidy and Jasper. Then we should be able to group against the other four. Seth, look through the roster and figure a way to take down the opponents. Tjaden and Kyle, we will need you guys to stick to our sides. I will continue to scan the area for other people. Does everyone know their positions?"

"Talia you basically just came up with a plan," I said. I used Full Magnitude on the ground at 2%. The ground started vibrating while Tjaden was carrying Talia and Kyle was putting up barrier walls. We went about five or two feet forward but then we saw Carlos flying down one of the corridors. I brought back the mist or protection and Talia was set down. Tjaden held back with Talia to keep her protected and Kyle and I went forwards. "Kyle find out who is around the corner," I ordered.

"Okay," He held the wall to magnify his scan. He jolted back and took my hand to run. "Seth watch out!" A fist landed on his back and he went flying.

"Bonjour petit souris." Chameleon was standing over Kyles unconscious body. I used Full Air Control to blast him from Kyle. "Oh quelle balade!" I may have blasted him slightly too hard. Carlos was heading our way.

"Hey is he okay?" he said, bending over to pick Kyle up. Kyle screamed in agony. I took a scan of his body and his shoulder blade was broken in two. "Shit. Tyler! Wait, what's the word again?"

"Water Bubbles."

"WATER BUBBLES!" With a gust the maze turned into ash. Miranda and Carter fell from the air with Jasper and Casidy arm in arm holding each other falling down. Tyler came stomping to us putting his human protection gloves on. He had his coils hair in a braid and was sweating rocks. He spoke in a lower pitch "Seth, what is the diagnostic?"

"His right shoulder blade is evenly split in two." I put my hand back on him to check if there were any more issues with his body, "he also has several fragments in his left arm. We will need to get him to a hospice."

Kyle told us where the keys were to his van and Tyler set him into the van wrapped in a blanket like a babe. Casidy and I stayed in the back to tend to him while Talia and Tjaden were in the driver and passenger seats. Tjaden was driving like a mad man and Talia was calling her parents to stop by the hospice. When we got into the hospital there was already a stretcher and pain relievers on the spot. Casidy's mother works in the hospital so she was the only one to go into the room where Kyle was being held. "Guys," I started "we should probably head back to school."

"I don't think that's the best decision," Tjaden said "We need to make sure our friend is okay." He was leaning on the vending machine trying to get a thing of candy. Talia was pacing back and forth anxiously. My bag started to move while I was sitting. I opened it to see my pet cat.

"Hey Galaxy." He purred into my arms with affection. "Why are you in my bag you silly goofball?"

Talia looked up with a start. "Seth, we can't bring pets here!"

Technically he brought himself here. He has quirks like the rest of us. But the thing with him is that he is able to teleport himself to almost every place in existence. He once got Tjaden and I out of a belly of another quirk user. "It's okay I'll just keep him in the bag." As soon as I looked down he wasn't in my arms. "Or he'll just teleport from me."

I looked up to see that my cat was on the ceiling lights playing with spiderwebs and other bugs that we up there. Galaxy does whatever he wants to, really. I don't force him to do anything and he doesn't do that back. The only time him and I have had an issue was when I had to buy him food. I was heading outside to get my car started to come back into my apartment being full of catnip and cat munches. The total that I had to pay was more than the government could get me in a month.

Around 6 in the afternoon we all got a summoning call from All Might.
