Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries with sumac & polenta by @vitalityandmore π
Recipe: Simply peel and clean 2 small to medium organic sweet potatoes, slicing thinly and laying on some baking paper on a tray, drizzle with a little olive oil, add 1 tablespoon polenta and 1 tablespoon sumac spice and mix them up evenly. Bake on medium to high heat until crisp & cooked. For about 30 minutes. Remove from oven and add fresh parsley flakes, and with a side of avocado, lemon & chili dip. Β For the avocado dip β mash 1 avocado, juice of half lemon, Β½ teaspoon salt flakes & ΒΌ teaspoon chili flakes. Enjoy! #Letscookvegan
