Covid-19 really has taken a toll on the world and the MoldKing.  However, nothing has changed:  Mold is still mold, some unhealthy to be around and some just part of everyday life.

Mold needs to be cleaned up properly.  Even if you think you know what you are doing, please call a professional remediation company for advice.  It is not something you want to misunderstand.

Not good for the students, the parents, or anyone in the school district.  We pray they clean it up properly and fix whatever issues caused it.

Just getting out of the mold infested environment doesn’t always solve all health issues but it can and will help.

The students do have a legitimate point and reason to be concerned.  You don’t just get rid of the humidity/moisture problem and think everything is okay. Humidity/Moisture is the cause, but even when it is corrected, the mold just doesn’t disappear.

Another apartment building hit.  Between potentially negligent renters, negligent landlords, and sometimes sub-par maintenance programs, apartments can be a great source of mold and potential health issues.

Universities, public buildings, and government buildings are prone to mold growth as maintenance programs are usually lacking or insufficient.

It’s more than just a number of spores.  They should be sharing the types of mold, which is the bigger problem than just a number.
