Reactivating your art tumblr at like 12:30 on a Tuesday night is a great idea, right? Anyway, hi! It’s me again, dusting off this old-ass account. I’m going to try posting here again, because posting on Twitter lately feels like tossing artwork into an endless void of despair, and Instagram is just plain weird. Oh lordy, there’s so much old stuff in here...

Steven Universe is still really important to me, Pearl even moreso. ‘It’s Over, Isn’t It?’ breaks my heart to this day. Tried doing a screencap redraw to kick my ass into drawing again! (The signature is from my twitter account, I posted there first!)

Time to play Tumblr catchup! I’ve been playing a lot of Undertale and Deltarune lately. Mettaton is a beautiful idiot, and just YEETing Ralsei at the enemy was my favourite game mechanic.

Another DnD dog - this one's a Newfoundland Cleric. I wanted to draw floof more than a cloak, so this guy doesn't look very fantasy-ish, but whatever. The corgi is a callback to my first DnD character, a fey corgi cleric. In my mind, these two are from the same Order of D'Oghma.

DnD family portrait time! My garbage half-elf thief is the surly teen in the middle. He comes from a very fancy (and slightly crazy) family of pirates, and his dad has the coolest beard in existence.

... Bicycles are hard to draw, and gouache is tricky. That’s what I learned from this one.

I love the way Taako and Merle interact when Magnus isn’t there to be a comparatively good influence (my take on Merle is turning into a cross between Grunkle Stan and The Dude)!

I don’t know where they’re headed, but Taako is bending the spine of that book, and that’s an unforgivable crime!

(One day Angus will figure out how to use Mage Hand to grab his stuff back whenever the boys start playing keep-away, but that day is unfortunately not today!)
