I’m keeping it strictly Instagram. I don’t find that a lot of people here are interested in fitblr style blogging and it’s not motivating for me. Not that I don’t love my mutuals (hey sam, hey anne marie! haha) I love Instagram for this purpose and have created a separate account for motivational/blogging/food posts/goal posts/fitness posts/etc.

I made the absolute best keto biscuits and gravy after an INTENSE Cycle class. I wish I could tell you everything is amazing but I dont think I ate enough before the cycle class. I came home feeling nauseous and light headed. Still feeling woozy after eating, but it is a beautiful snow day so we are snuggling in bed bingeing Fargo. Doggies included! Here’s to a lazy Sunday. Wait til you see what’s for dinner!
Also, I lost 3 pounds this week!

Lunch and dinner yesterday. I love keto. SO MUCH. Lunch: meal prep buffalo chicken dip with veggies and avocado. Dinner: Smoked sausage with cheese broccoli and homemade jalapeño bacon cheddar bites.

My lunch today was So. Fucking. Good. Bed of romaine lettuce with premade ground turkey with burger seasoning (meal prep), hamburger dill slices, cheddar cheese, avocado, SF Ketchup, mustard, and chipotle mayo. Side of avo! I got the idea from Katherine Michelle. Burger in a Bowl y’all! Today’s macros were perfect and I’m so happy I discovered Sugar Free Black Cherry Jello.

update
Hey all, small update here, read more if you care because it’s p boring
Keto strong for a little over a week here. I feel great, I feel like my leggings are looser. Hubs has lost 6 pounds. I haven’t weighed myself yet because I started my period RIGHT when we started keto, I should have anyways but I honestly am afraid of the scale, esp with period bloat. So currently I don’t know how much I weigh but I’m going to weigh in tomorrow morning and guess from there where I started from. My skin has cleared up tremendously. I used to have bad stomach issues that are gone now. PLUS we went to Rodizio Grill after an intense OTF workout on Saturday and I ate ALL the meats with no regrets because #keto. I am feeling very happy today. I meal prepped yesterday for the week, so currently for lunches I’ve got 2 options-Buffalo Chicken dip with veggies+pickles OR Turkey Burgers in a bowl (basically ground turkey meat with burger seasoning+pickles, mustard, mayo, SF ketchup, hard boiled egg) Also I found a KETO youtuber that I LOVE and she’s literally giving me so much inspiration. @Katherine Michelle on youtube.

We got a Work Fit Bike for at home in case we want a quick workout while we are chilling and this thing is great! I’m watching Bobs Burgers and cycling away! Just about 45 minutes and it burns enough for a light exercise 😊 better than nothing I say!

My cyclebar instructor played this during class and I am obsessed. Jaden you saucy minx. Also here I am after class and Keto Taco Soup, exhausted and happy and masking! I hit all my macros today and was at a deficit of Cals which is perfect for weight loss. I am happy with Day 1. So happy.

hubs and I are trying to find workout stuffz
and I found a planet fitness semi-near to us that I’m interested in. Planet Fitness-Yay or nay?
We were going to do Orange Theory and/or continue with Cyclebar, but boutique gyms get too expensive. I want to start running again but there’s no way I’ll have time with work. I need classes and/or a 24 hour gym or I won’t go. LET ME KNOW!

It’s that time of day again.... J and I meal prepped like little elves yesterday. We made Turkey snack boxes with cottage cheese, almonds, avocados and cheese and Cauliflower Mac N Cheese! We’ve measured and calculated fat, calories, protein and carbs from everything and are so excited for the week. This is our first official day of Keto so I’m nervous but optimistic! We also booked a day back at Cyclebar tonight and I’m so nervous. I’m ready to be the biggest and most out of shape there! Woohoo! Haha
