George Lovelace

Can we all just take a second to appreciate all the wonderful that is George Lovelace?

-George answered the call as the first Lovelace to be shadowhunter since 1878 (and that’s only if you count Jessamine, which I don’t think I do)

-He willingly admitted he was actually an adopted mundane despite tremendous peer pressure to hide it.

-Despite being very good looking and physically fit he was a very sweet, down to earth guy.

-He offered to attempt to raise poor abandoned baby Max with Simon if he had nowhere else to go

-He embraced all the nerdy teachings that Simon has to offer him

-He had a secret thing for boy bands

-He was adorably nostalgic about all the “lasts” of their time at the academy

-He was the “not-so-secret sweetheart” of the group

-He was a perfect Scottish angel AND he shared the snacks his mother sent him.

-He deserved SO much better than what he got in the end 😭😭😭

EDIT: I had to go through and change all the verbs to past tense. I STILL CANT ACCEPT IT.
