Mentally ill and Neurodivergent Shifters & Manifesters listen up ~
I have a technique that's really helpful for not only your mental health, but it's also really great for manifesting!! This is something that's helped and still helps me hugely, but obvi that's been my personallll experience, so I can't grantee anything will be for you! Just roll with what resonates~
You can take 'em if you want 'em, these are just secrets from a girl (...who's seen it all)
If you’ve been in manifestation/LOA circles for a while you’ll know that most techniques involve Thinking positive thoughts, Feeling positive feelings, and Embodying the happy version of yourself you're manifesting. Enormous bummer for those of us who have unreliable brain chemicals and trauma clogging up our nervous system, which all gets in the way of allowing us to feel those things.
ALLOW ME TO INTRODUCE: The Emotional Freedom Technique and somatic healing! For those who don't know, somatic healing is about processing the trauma and negative emotions in your body and releasing them so you can feel safe again. It's a type of therapy you can seek professionally but is ALSO something you can teach yourself. And hey guess what, it can also be used as a manifestation technique!
Welcome to sadness... the temperature is unbearable until you face it
EFT tapping is a somatic healing method I use the most. Manifesting and self-soothing by EFT tapping is really simple — all you need to do is tap specific acupressure points while saying affirmations out loud (sometimes it can include stroking/rubbing certain points, like the havening technique does). Personallyyy I believe that EFT tapping while affirming is 100% more effective than just normal affirming because you are literally rewiring your whole nervous system to believe what you’re saying (but hey, that's just me baby)
How I personally use EFT tapping is I'll put on a soundbath kinda video with binaural beats/frequencies/singing bowls, and tap through acupressure points. I'll focus on whatever points feel the best and either repeat affirmations or hum (humming is incredibly good for soothing your mind, which is why mantras in hunduism and buddhism are scientifically proven to be beneficial!!) until I feel more ~zen~
Your emotional baggage can be picked up at carousel number two
EFT tapping is often used to work through traumas and feelings that are trapped in the body. That's why it's called Emotional Freedom Techniques — because you're freeing those emotions. You don't have to go this deep with it and it's best to do with an actual therapist, even if it's just a pre-recorded guided session on youtube
Honestly the first time you try out EFT there's a likelihood you're gonna experience a lot of emotional release, that's normal — it's normal to cry the first couple times you try, just means you have a lot of built-up trauma!! So yeah I highly recc that you go watch some guided EFT and somatic healing meditations on youtube or even tiktok, it's GREAT not just for your emotions but also manifesting!
And then when you're ready, I'll be outside and we can go look at the sunrise by euphoria mixed with existential vertigo? Cool ~

puella magi fitness.
while my blog is puella magi focused, this post can be utilized by all magical heroes! this is by no means a routine itself, but advice for creating your own fitness routine if you so choose, as well as my personal routine.
first of all, you know your body and its capabilities best. fitness and health isn't always so cut-and-dry. a fitness routine is never going to be one size fits all, as you have to take a few things into account. some questions to ask yourself when creating a fitness routine include:
what are my body's capabilities and limits? what hard limits do i have to stay away from for my own health (for example, a disability)?
what are my biggest strengths in combat, and what weaknesses would i need to improve on? what strength would i need to build to properly use my weaponry?
what fitness goals am i trying to achieve? am i going for endurance, strength, agility, overall health, or something else?
for example, i have heart problems, so i try not to do heavy cardio. i walk and bike plenty in my daily life as is, and lightly enough so that i don't wear myself out! on my better days, i try to get in some strength workouts.
i personally primarily focus on core and leg strength, with some lesser focus on arm workouts. my weaponry is a bow and arrows, which don't take much arm strength but having the agility in the legs and core certainly helps.
my routine is as follows:
cardio: daily walking/biking, and/or 10-15 minutes on a treadmill (or a half mile, whichever comes first) before and after the main bulk of the workout.
when doing strength workouts, i typically do four sets. the first set is the heaviest weight i can comfortably pull, at 10 reps. the second set is the next heaviest weight, just to push myself, at 5 reps. the third set is back to the heaviest i can comfortably pull, another 10 reps. the fourth set is the next lightest weight, at 15 reps. i take 30-60 seconds of rest between sets.
core: weighted crunches. i also try to get 30-60 seconds of planks in.
leg: seated leg press, leg extension, calf extension. also squats.
in addition, i do lat pulldowns and shoulder press.
i also lift freeweights in the same sets/reps routine listed above.
if you don't have access to equipment and would like to adjust an all-encompassing routine to your needs, i recommend this workout i found once! i used this before i had access to equipment and it's wonderful
also if you're working on building strength, and thus muscle, you will need to eat more! it doesn't matter what you eat but at least try to get a substantial amount of protein in!
i'm not a fitness trainer and thus not qualified to create specific and tailored routines, but i hope at the very least this helps you get some ideas to create a fitness routine to meet your needs and goals as a puella magi!

A (Short) Guide to Bilocation
Bilocation is the act and process of consciously astral projecting. I personally like to call bilocation “soul-splitting”, but the proper term is the one I will use in this document. Like all astral and spiritual practices, it is important to ward before you attempt Bilocation. During Bilocation, you may encounter spirits of all shapes and sizes, so protection against potentially malicious ones is not a choice. (Well, it is, but you’d be stupid to not want to be safe.)
Bilocation requires visualization, so if you have Aphantasia, unfortunately, you are out of luck.
How to Bilocate
To Bilocate, there are numerous methods. Some involve meditation, others (mostly the “old magick” ways) involve physical torture, and others involve waking yourself up during regular Astral Projection.
My method, however, is much simpler, and lacks the physical torture. I cannot affirm that this will work for everyone, however, for my many students over the years, this seems to work quite well.
First, make sure you can focus. If focus is flickering (ADHD), this can still work, as long as you keep yourself on track after distraction.
Second, you will want to relax and visualise the room around you. Force it to become clearer, until you can move and identify objects with ease. This may tire you out - for those unskilled in visualization, you may need to take breaks or work on that skill before attempting bilocation.
Third, once your visualisation of the room is solid, move your visualisation to the next room, force it to become clear, then move it to the next room. At this point, you may feel like you are actually walking between rooms, picking up different objects, etc. This is good! You want this to continue.
At this stage, you should be fully in meditation, and visualising with ease. You may even feel vibrations around your skin at this point. This is all good. You want to be feeling like the visualisation is actually happening. The hardest part now, is to go outside. Open your door, and walk outside. Do not be afraid if you see entities or spirits walking around. The door is symbolic - it is a starting point, when you step outside, you are fully bilocating now. Yes, it’s that simple. You can walk, you can fly, you can do everything you can while astrally projected, yet you are conscious.
Astral Realms
A place to go, when starting bilocation, is to your personal realm. Everyone has a realm, and there’s multiple types: Open, Closed, Personal, and Internal realms.
Open realms are spaces within the astral plane that anyone and anything can visit. These are, for example, godly realms (realms owned by a god, such as Amaterasu or Nyx), “afterlife” realms (such as hell, valhalla, etc.), and large “world” realms such as Earth’s astral counterpart, mars, and so forth. Fictional worlds and universes are also usually open.
Closed realms are places that you can only visit if you have been invited. These tend to be other people’s realms, closed culture (that you may not be a part of) realms, entity-based realms (such as specific dragon types, kitsune realms, etc) that require being or having a past life as said creature to enter, and so forth. Closed realms are usually heavily protected.
Personal realms are where things get interesting. Every entity, every person, has a realm all to themselves. It is a space where they control everything. You can instantly build a house, you can give yourself a pile of gold, you could give yourself a full gaming pc (although, i don’t know why you’d need it on the astral). These realms are completely customizable to the owner, and each person’s realm is usually shaped by their experiences and likes until they change it themselves.
To access your personal realm, you can walk into your soul, or visualise a door to which only you have the key. One can also have multiple personal realms, it just takes energy to create new ones. Every personal realm is considered “closed”, although your personal realm will need heavy warding to be fully secure.
Internal realms are realms where you may not be able to control everything, yet they are still very much a part of you. Internal realms include, but are not limited to: Higher self’s dwelling, lower self’s dwelling, soul-scapes, life-scapes, and your Past Life Regression “Library”. All of these realms are also closed to outsiders, but do not require heavy warding - as for someone to enter these realms, they would need to possess your soul.
Plane walking
Among the astral realms, the astral is separated into planes. These planes can be labeled as “lowborn” or “highborn” planes, and they follow… “observed” rules, but these rules are not concrete at all.
The “rules” of these planes are simple, and largely based on old christian belief. The higher the plane, the more “holy” the entity, the lower the plane, the more “demonic” the entity. This.. doesn’t work, in reality. There are angelic entities that come from low planes, demonics that come from higher planes, and, there’s more types of entity than just demonic and angelic, but alas.
These rules do hold some truth, as gods and angels do tend to reside higher than “regular” humans, and demonics tend to reside lower. On the “higher” planes, one can find more “valuable” realms, such as the Universal Library(A massive, guarded library). Almost all godly realms are within “higher” planes as well. On the “lower” planes, you can typically find demonic realms, animal, and oftentimes fae-based realms as well.
Walking between these planes is simple. The vibrations one feels when attempting full astral projection (instead of Biloc) are important here. Lowering and increasing vibration and frequency requires some focus. Feel the vibrations and feel them amplifying or cancelling out. You can then use this feeling to push yourself through the planes you wish to travel between.
Some planes don't require lower or increased vibrations, and some realms may require it while the plane does not. Trial and error, with experience will get you farther than this guide will.

hello! i'm also aspiring to be a future magi, and i want to also contract with madokami! i was wondering how you did it! i'm trying to collect all magi's experiences who have contracted with her to see what the best route would be for me! thank you so much ^w^
Hiii! I contracted through a ritual. I have a little altar for her (pretty simple, just a drawing, a candle and a red ribbon) so I sat in front of it, grabbed 3 items (one representing Madokami, one representing Sayaka and one for Nagisa. The items can be whatever but I used candles with their sigils) and placed them on the altar (Madoka's on the middle, Sayaka's on the right and Nagisa's on the left) and my soul gem vessel in front of them. I then cleansed my space, meditated for a bit and called upon Madokami. I asked if it was truly her (you can use your clair senses but I prefer divination tools, like the pendulum and tarot) and stated my wish and asked to make a contract. Afterwards, I asked if it was done (she answered with a yes for pendulum) asked if she had anything left to say, than to say through tarot and shuffled my cards. After I was done, I thanked her for her presence.

ENTITY LOG ⟋ MADOKAMI 𓈒
NOTE: This post aims to discuss Madokami through the lens of Pop Culture Paganism. The majority of what's put here are based from my experiences with her.
I. WHO IS MADOKAMI?
Madokami, otherwise known as the Law of the Cycles is a pop culture entity that originated from the Puella Magi Madoka Magica media. She was formerly human, until she made a wish that was able to prevent puella magis from witching out in the past, present, and future, and to take away their pain. That wish made to an incubator was the same thing that ascended her into divinity as the guardian of magical girls; it was also used to take down Walpurgisnacht in the show.
Her name as an entity came from the one she took upon as a human being, Madoka Kaname (鹿目まどか), and the Japanese word for a divine spirit, Kami (神). Bringing Madoka and the word Kami together was how the title-name "Madokami" was created. Her given name, Madoka (まどか) has no specific meaning but if it was written in kanji, it would mean "round" which represents the cyclical nature of magical girls. In other translations, she's also referred to as Ultimate Madoka or Goddess Madoka.
She is portrayed to have an infinite amount of hair strands, which in reality would be impossible to carry due to its infinite weight, but this is to depict the infinite grief and weight of responsibilities that she had taken upon herself. Meanwhile, Madokami was also shown to be capable of creating little 'extensions of herself', such as the form she uses whenever she flies off to save a puella magi. This form is humanoid and identical to the magical girl transformation outfit that she had before ascending.
As a concept, Madokami is meant to represent the idea of hope amid disaster and adversity, being the reason why puella magis no longer have to turn into self-destructive witches that spread negativity to others and on why Walpurgisnacht, who Homura Akemi couldn't defeat despite the timeloops, was defeated. For this, she was labelled as the hope of all magical girls, as it gave puella magis a chance to not end up into a monstrous demise.

VII. MY EXPERIENCES
I've known Madokami for almost a year. To me, she would appear in numerous but consistent ways. How she presents herself to others may be different to how she may show herself to you, so please do note that!
Personally, she appeared to me in these ways:
· A silhouette of a sparkling pink universe/galaxy, either with the shape of Ultimate Madoka or humanoid Madoka with pigtails. At times, she has yellow irises, but on other occasions, she remains as a silhouette with no facial features.
· Ultimate Madoka as her magical girl form. Whenever she interacts with me in the astral in this form, she has this soft and subtle glow on her skin. Her eye color may change from yellow to pink.
· Ultimate Madoka as her divinity form.
Whenever I hear her through clairaudience, her voice has an ethereal vibe to it. It sounds layered, dreamy, and fuzzy, with an echo. It sounded like her voice was a compilation of several other Madokas combined into one.
Her energy feels comforting and safe, as if I'm under a cozy, thick blanket, during a heavily stormy day. Another way that I'd express it is that being around her makes me feel calmer, softer. Whenever she's with me, it's like I'm being embraced and soothed by feathery wings. In addition to that, I can describe her as having a gentleness akin to a lullaby on the music box.
She helped me before in performing my duties as a magical girl and had given me boosts while I was in the astral. I think that she's trustworthy! If she's unavailable, then she sometimes sends in one of her assistants as the Law of the Cycles, which includes Sayaka Miki and Nagisa Momoe.

this is kind of a silly thing to ask, being that i've been doing this for a while now. but i wanted to throw this out in case anyone had some fresh ideas that i'd overlooked.
what's your favourite thing to do to help build a bond with a pcp spirit?
for context, i've recently discovered that a spirit has grown attached to me and wants to be companions/a familiar, rather than being worshipped as a deity. i want the same, but i acknowledge we've barely done anything together! i've done things like sit with the spirit's energy, done readings to communicate with it, talked to it, and even spent more time observing it in games and media. but tbh, i want to do more than just the obvious stuff.
i'm just looking for ideas. if anyone has ideas that works for them that they're happy to throw at me that'd be super awesome!

Clair-senses & Exercises
Clairvoyance: The ability to see the not so ordinary. Your intuition speaks directly to you in the form of sight. Images form in your mind or interpret information through pictures.
Clairaudience: The ability to hear or interpret information from spirits. Clairaudience is a way of receiving intuitive messages without using your physical ears but rather hearing messages within your mind.
Clairsentiency: The ability to sense the presence or absence of spiritual beings and feel energies.
Clairempathy / Psychic Empathy: The ability to feel another’s feelings as their own. This is different from regular empathy, which is the ability to identify with another’s feelings.
Claircognizance: The ability to just know things out of nowhere. It can tie into Precognition.
Precognition: The ability to know something is going to happen before it does, premonitions.
Clairtangency: The ability to assess metaphysical properties through touch.
Clairalience: The ability to perceive metaphysical smells.
Clairgustance: The ability to perceive the metaphysical through taste.
Artistic and Divine Inspiration: The Poets have given many names to the unprompted artistic impulses found in creatives. The Norse concept for this is oðr. The Welsh and Celtic concept for this is Awen. This is the act of receiving metaphysical or divine information through artistic impulses.
Exercises to Improve Your Clairvoyance Skills
Exercise 1
Sit quietly with your eyes open.
Focus on a still object in front of you.
In your mind, take note of the objects and furniture around you.
If you see shadows, sparks, or movement, keep focused on the item in front of you.
Sit for as long as you feel comfortable.
Make notes on what you saw and felt.
Exercise 2
Sit with your eyes closed.
Clear your mind and thoughts.
Once you feel your thoughts leave you after a comfortable amount of time, focus on your eyelids and that black canvas it is.
Imagine that blank canvas and focus your intentions while keeping an open mind.
Allow whatever images that come to mind to play out. Don’t try to make sense of it.
Document findings in a journal.
Exercises to Improve Your Clairaudience Skills
Exercise 1
Go to a place where you are most comfortable.
Close your eyes, relax your body, and let hearing be your dominant sense.
Gently tune in to sounds that you don’t normally focus on.
Really pay attention to the layers of sounds and identify what each one is.
Document your findings in a journal or record yourself.
Exercise 2
Sit with your eyes closed.
Clear your mind and thoughts.
Once you feel your thoughts leave, focus on your eyelids and that black canvas it is.
Focus on the sounds around you and slowly try to tune them out.
Imagine an old radio with a frequency dial. Turn the dial through each station.
With an open mind take notice to any sounds chiming through. It’s okay if you hear nothing. Keep moving through each station. You won’t run out of them.
Put your intentions into each turn of the dial taking note of any sound.
Document your findings in a journal.
Exercises to Improve Your Clairsentiency Skills
Exercise 1
Get more familiar with your energies by touching how your hands, feet, eyes, etcetera feel.
Learn how the environment feels around you rather it be the city or rural areas.
Learn how animals and plants feel from one to the next. Not everything is the same. Become aware of that. Every plant has its own pattern past the base patterns. Every animal has different markings apart from the next. Identify those traits.
Once that is learnt and recognized. Learn to feel the airs around you in different regions if one is able to do so.
Exercise 2
Visit different haunted facilities observing all the key details.
Take note of the atmosphere. How does it feel?
Take note of the emotions you feel during a tour.
Take note of the temperatures surrounding you.
Take note of any odd experiences and the people with you.
Exercise 3
Meditate with a specific spirit.
Take in the surroundings before starting.
Consider your moods beforehand. Noting them down.
Focus on the intentions for communication.
How do you feel during the meditation? What about after?
Did anything in the environment change?
Did temperatures in the environment change?
Did you feel hot or cold?
Did you feel any movements outside yourself?
Document your findings.
Exercise to Improve Your Clairempathy Skills
Ask someone you know to show you a picture of somebody they know very well, but you’ve never met at all.
Look at the picture and feel into it by observing all aspects. Focus on how this person was feeling when the picture was taken.
Ask yourself what kind of person this individual is.
Share your findings with your friend.
Now, ask your friend for feedback. How correct were you? Repeat this exercise as many times as you want with different people. Remember to keep a journal for any findings.
Exercises to Improve Your Claircognizance Skills
Exercise 1
Grab a pen and pull out your notebook. Before you start writing, ask yourself a question. What guidance do I need today? How can I find a resolution with a problem? How can I be helpful today?
Then set a timer for five to twenty minutes and write whatever comes to you. Don’t edit yourself. Express yourself fully and write whatever comes to you.
The more you do this exercise, the easier it will be.
Exercise 2
Meditate before bed falling asleep to a method of relaxation.
Clear your mind during this meditation pushing away any internal thoughts.
Focus your intention on an open mind and dreams.
If a dream begins let it play out.
Upon waking write down your findings. Keep a dream journal taking note of anything that happens later in this world.
Compare and contrast experiences in this world versus your dreams.
Exercise 3
When topics are being discussed among individuals take note of things you know but have not studied or read about or heard about from any other source.
Document any experiences keeping notes on things if any.

Thank you very much! That was certainly helpful to read^_^ I appreciate you explaining that to me. Might I bother you with one more question? I’m seriously struggling with astral projection. I’ve been practicing since I was around 15&I’m now almost 22. Admittedly, I have not been practicing as frequently as I should in recent years(life ya know?)but I have come very close to success the past few times. Do you have any tips to help me make that final push? Thank you very much!!
Perhaps you just need to learn to… let go. Sometimes we get so caught up with the end goal, actually projecting, that we end up putting up roadblocks for ourselves. If you’ve never done it, it’s hard to imagine what it would actually feel like… but a lot of times i see people getting caught up in The Golden Standard. As if you should have full lucidity right away, be able to move as you want to, do anything. That’s not always the case.
The journey is just as important, if not more so, than the end goal. When you’re attempting projection, focus on the feeling that it brings on. Feel it all the way down to your toes, all the way up to the crown of your head. Then you can do one of three things. You can reject the feeling and snap back to yourself. You can try to force what you feel to *move*, which is where a lot of people go wrong. That won’t get you anywhere. Or you can simply give into it. Allow whatever it is you feel to overtake you. i often hear reports of tinglyness or hot or cold. Sometimes people have reported a feeling of being pushed or sunk or raised up. Don’t force anything. Just allow yourself to become whatever you experience…
This is the part where many people differ. You may start to feel very calm, and start getting images flash before your mind. You may hear (in your mind/consciousness) sounds or voices that guide you, or you may have that feeling of being pulled. Focus on whatever input you experience and let it guide you. See if you can visualize your surroundings. Again, don’t force anything, simply *look*. You may not be quite in your room anymore, or at least not the same version of it. You may also still be *totally aware* of your physical body, and that’s okay.
Keep in mind that this particular method of projection doesn’t work for everyone, but it is “traditional” and it sounded like that was the method you were going for. Another method you might want to try is the door method. Visualize a door. Visualise yourself Knocking on it, sniffing it, tasting it, listening to what’s behind it. (This sounds weird, but it will help you gauge what clairsenses you’re best at.) Then, only after the door is as real as you could possibly make it, tell it that it will take you to the astral. Astral Projection - In Depth Tutorial ꒰୨୧ (Written as someone with diagnosed ADD who APs maybe 5/7 nights) (This is magical hero specific, given the sole purpose of my travels is witch hunts and training, but it can be tweaked for the "normies!" /aff)
CW(?): EXTREMELY LONG UNDER THE CUT!
The Golden Rule If you want to astral project, you have to put in the work. Really believe. Spend time meditating, talking to your patron/contractor (this would be whoever you made a deal with/gave your soul to in order to become a magi), study the topic, read about it, watch videos, etc. Not everyone will get it first try, and that's okay! Everyone gets the hang of it with practice! I used to only be able to do it maybe monthly, and now I do it most of the week!
Sleep Paralysis Given sleep paralysis is one of the most powerful tools for astral projection, I'll provide a method for that first! From this state, it's impossible to move, so you can easily become disconnected from your body similar to how you do in a dream or trance!
How To Enter Sleep Paralysis 1) Lie on your back. Dead still, this won't work for anyone who twitches frequently/has tourettes. Keep your mind active, think about whatever you want. Blast loud music in your headphones, anything to keep your body still but your mind up and awake. 2) Don't even think about your body. Let your thoughts consume you, forget you're anything more than a mush of brain. Don't even focus on your breathing. A lot of techniques will say to, but just let it naturally come to you, focusing on it just reminds your brain you're inhabiting a body. 3) Wait until you tingle like HELL. Not just a little buzzing or numbness, you gotta feel like you're being electrocuted (without the pain. Immediately stop if it hurts, something's wrong) for it to work properly. Most people who've experienced sleep paralysis know you tingle like crazy. 4) Stay calm. Pretend you're on vacation or some shit. You want this, you know you do, so once you're frozen, stay calm and let it happen. 5) Once you feel completely tingly, disconnected from your body, and like you're nothing but your thoughts (not even your brain, just thoughts) congratulations, you can move on to astral projection!
How To Astral Project 1) Do some heavy meditation. Get your brain in a state of drowsiness, like you're about to fall asleep. Make sure not to, though! Keep your mind active and ready, just like in sleep paralysis. Stay alert and open to responses from your body. 2) Lay down, preferably on your back with your arms at your side and your palm up. Close your eyes and just stare at the back of your eyelids until either your eyes hurt or you simply don't want to anymore. 3) Stay still. You can twitch, unlike the sleep paralysis method, but don't focus on the involuntary movement, focus on the darkness behind your eyelids. 4) Do whatever you have to. Stay awake and alert. Some magical heros are responsive, even in sleepy states like these! Strive to be just like that right now. Listen to loud music, a podcast, just do something to keep your body asleep, but your mind awake. 5) Imagine you're lifting up from your position on your back. Make sure you picture it from a first person perspective, not a third person one. Keep doing this over and over until you start to actually feel yourself lifting up. Be careful not to lift your physical body with you! 6) Once you're sat up, meditate until you start to see your room/wherever you fell asleep from behind your closed eyelids. You might be able to skip this step if sitting up gave you this ability. You should be able to look down and see your physical body below you.
How To Lucid Dream 1) Put together a playlist of subliminals/binaural beats with a timer at the end. I have one linked at the end of the post that I use! 2) Once the timer goes off, let yourself wake up, but stay as still as possible and keep your eyes shut. The alarm will turn off on its own after a bit, just ignore the beeping. 3) Take deep, controlled breaths, make your brain think you're still asleep, even if the alarm woke you up. 4) After a while you should be in a state similar to paralysis, where it feels hard, but not impossible, to move. Once you feel like your body is completely asleep, pinch your nose closed. If you can still breathe with it shut, congratulations! Open your eyes and enjoy the dream!
How To Go From Sleep Paralysis To Astral Projection 1) Focus really hard on a first person perspective of lifting your body up from the bed. Given you're in paralysis, you can't move your physical body, but your soul (or spirit, if your soul is outside your body already) can be transported, as it's not physical. 2) Do this until you feel yourself floating/lifting up. After a while, you'll start to see your room behind your closed eyes. Congratulations, you can now astral project!
How To Go From A Lucid Dream To Astral Projection 1) Summon your contractor/patron and ask them to help your soul travel back to the astral realm from the dream realm! That should be all you need <3 2) If they refuse to help/can't do that, I unfortunately don't know how to help you, as I've always had Kyubey help! Maybe look up some tutorials?

a simple communication ritual for madoka.
what you'll need:
a red ribbon.
a clean twig.
a white candle.
(optional) floral-scented incense.
what you'll need to do:
if you have incense, light it and take some time to enjoy the scent. make sure you have a window open!
light the candle, and take time to enjoy its presence.
introduce yourself, "madoka kaname, icon of magical heroes - i, [name], gently and compassionately call to you."
take the twig, and tie the ribbon in a bow at the top of the twig. gently, either tap the side of the candle with the twig (if it's a long/protected candle) or tap the twig next to the candle. say, "i lovingly and patiently request your presence, to guide me and to nurture me in my path."
then, gently tap your forehead with the twig (or the top of your head), "i wish to humbly and honestly speak with you about [start saying whatever you need to say]."
once you are done, say, "i thank you for your glimmering and radiant audience. once i blow out the candle, our conversation is finished."
blow out the candle, and undo the ribbon around the twig. dispose of the twig, and tie the ribbon somewhere on you, whenever you need her influence, bravery, or guidance.

What to do if you have not shifted for +++years
(Most of my anons were along the lines of this same issue, I want to make a common post for them. I won't be telling you "you're already there" or "persist" I'm going to have a heart to heart conversation with your mental health in mind, this will be a long post)
First and foremost I have to say, this post is very heavily opinion-based. Alright, I'll divide it into topics, and two categories: before shifting and during shifting.
Before Shifting.
Determining the laws of your reality.
This is where you've got to do most of the work. (Don't worry, it won't be 7 hour subliminal listening sessions) now let's present a very important note: I don't know who you are. But most importantly I don't know what you believe in. Shifting isn't a known set of rules, Shifting doesn't have a single method, it does not have a wikihow page. Everything that exist is because of you. Therefore there are differences in my reality and yours. What you believe in is acting out in reality. LITERALLY.
So first you need to ask yourself some questions, with full honesty, oh and don't apply the thoughts you have by certain reprogramming affirmations, don't force yourself just because you have to persist.
"What am I?" What do you believe you are? Currently, are you a soul, a human? Or you something greater, seek within yourself to answer what you believe.
"What is reality?" How is everything working around you? Why are you here.
"Who is in control?" Who makes you shift. Who or what makes everything happen.
"How to shift?" Self explanatory. If you write with utmost truth on what you think shifting is like and when and how it happens; you'll basically have the code of how reality works for you.
Relax.
After you've gathered your research sheets. Take a breath, since you've got all the answers you need. Now, close your eyes, whenever you like. Imagine a serene atmosphere, for example, sharp sunlight falling on your skin, warming you up, or the rain droplets drowning your senses, as you run across a forest. Tell yourself, "this is what shifting is" , and "I've shifted." That's all it is. You feel some you get some.
Some important realizations,
• Time is not linear.
• Failure is a perception.
• You're not beneath anyone.
• You don't need to prove yourself to anyone.
• you'll survive, you'll be alright.
Don't. Kidnap. Yourself.
The title sounds weird, but it is regarding heavily applying the principle of assuming until you have it, to EVERYTHING. Idc if people come after me. I don't want anyone to suffer by stamping their foreheads with "persist!" Even if it works. I love loa, until it crosses over into toxic positively. Don't just put yourself in a coffin; don't become a prisoner to your thoughts! Don't make it feel like there's an angry witch in your mind, who will scream at you if something goes wrong, the problem is! Something might go wrong and you'd end up highlighting the idea that you are being forced to assume against something. Don't feel forced. Simple. (You can still use loa, if you like)
Declutter your mind.
I said it before. and @ilovecatfr explained this here, there's so much in your mind. I can tell. Each and everyone has their own unique spin on shifting. That's great and they put out advice to help people, similarly you... also have it within you. Afterall, these bloggers, big well written and decorated posts are the projection of your assumptions. I'd like to say, majority of the bloggers are kindhearted with the aim to help others. Although for some, you being desperate in their asks is an ego boost, nothing is wrong with feeling good about yourself for your knowledge, but you the person at the other end of this screen, are not a pawn, not just another anon, alright? you know how to shift, look back at what your answers were to the questions.
Control your emotions towards this reality.
I've always wanted to discuss this. Emotions are the puppeteers of this show. They're a grounding mechanism of any reality. If you feel something deeply, you're angry at circumstances you form an attachment to this reality, it keeps you here. Think about what happens to a person when they get disassociation. Similarly belief + emotional investment = reality. Its a code. I can confidently say anyone who has not shifted (... not targeting anyone, genuinely trying my best to help; ty ty back to the text) is because they're giving too much emotional importance to this reality. This can be in the form of stressing that you have not shifted, being worried that you're not in your dr, putting much focus on the "What ifs" of if you wake back in this reality.
But we can't just go BLANK. we're still humans who feel deeply (for now huehue) so what's the solution to this non-issue? Direct these feelings towards your destination, your intended reality! This would mean feeling like your dr self, if you're experiencing negative emotions you can last second convert them to any scenario related to your dr, emotional investment there pays well, here? It just wastes time.
Don't let feelings get the best of you and keep you here; you're their creator after all.
(Optional) Create a homey dr.
This comes from personal experiences. If I don't mention this I won't be completely open with each one of you. I shifted through intense love and reverence for my home. I knew that each and every second spent in this reality led up to me shifting to my home.
So for ease later on when you can't decide between drs, it'll be comforting to have a reality you can call home and choose over and over again.
Rewire.
This is where you come back to what you answered to the questions. Do you like your response? A human is living in a reality, and your answers are the universal law there. Will they have an easy time with shifting? If you think so, then choose to not do any "rewiring" and act upon the answers you wrote, shifting in accordance to them as they have become the pillars of your reality. If you think the person's reality's laws regarding shifting are complicated, then you can choose to rewire them. This can be a simple manifestation. As it has no basis in the 3D yet, you will manifest it within seconds. You can either write it down, listen to a subliminal, or simply think of the new beliefs in your head (eg "I shift in seconds") and let go. Stop.
(Severely optional) strive for spiritual awakenings
*shrugs* I thought I should mention based on personal experience.
During shifting.
Confuse your logical brain
You don't have to give it validation. Instead, just make it unable to predict the next move of it creator. Its built to look at everything with skepticism.. but it has nothing when you don't give it the chance. For example, the anti method by @hrrtshape is the best example. I like that you can do this, pre-method like a little warm up. (You can also manifest to not think logically)
Know your game
To act like you're in a battle field is not the way to shift. You don't have to give the actual practice of shifting much or any importance. You know how to shift, then why is there a need to have plan B's and checking your own environment? You are the commander in front, you're the one switching the reality, your reality is not the one switching.
Senses shift last
Explained by @stilljuststardust here.
Be blind and deaf to each and everything other than your intended reality
...and be so obsessed with your intended reality. Live out entire days, you're there, no, time is not passing by, the previous reality has disappeared by your hyperfixation on your intended reality. Ever done that exercise where you stare at a dot for so long, everything around it disappears? Well then, EXACTLY. Make it dissapear. Make it dissappear by not giving it any more of your energy. ....how I shifted. This is based upon being your dr self, that's snatches away the spotlight from this current reality.
Keep yourself comfortable
All of you are experienced enough to know, you don't need to lay in the starfish position. But remove the unnecessary thought that if you dare move your finger you might mess up the whole attempt (This is a subconsciousness belief) here's how to not worry about your 3D: again, senses shift last, Your current reality = intended reality.
It is about breaking free from human functions
Your software is set to being an earthly human. This is why acting like your current reality (the noises from the environment, physical annoyances) are from your intended reality, helps. This allows you to trick your human brain and move forward. The more you try to make sense of shifting, the more less it'll make sense. You don't have to know everything about shifting. The point is to be awfully natural about it. Just like how you wake up in this current reality without any requirement. You don't overthink it, then why overthink shifting.
