"reblog to ramble about ur mc" I'm so fuCKING GLAD YOU ASKED--
Am I too late for this help I was scrolling through the adwd tag and saw this do we fw with Chinese MCs in this house,,

lore below lore below, obvious spoilers for ADWD and Beyond The Bet too
He's quite straightforward, even blunt sometimes. Professional ragebaiter, LOVES teasing people he's close with. Of course Casper is his main victim (not his fault if Casper's taking the bait everytime 🙄). Uses sarcasm a lot either to tease people mainly Casper or when he's pissed.
Surprisingly he's the loner type, he's not really a social butterfly. Lowkey got anger issues and impulsive thoughts as well (like... wanting to throw his laptop out of the window because of notifications sounds...). Despite acting somewhat confident... he's not really. Well, it's not catastrophic per se. But it's not that good either, he just doesn't really believe he's that special as a person. That's lowkey why he doesn't really care that much about his own safety.
At first, Yu flirted with Casper but it wasn't that much serious. It didn't help that he was initially convinced Casper was lying about being a Grim Reaper. Then oh oops, he got actual feelings for Casper during the week, starting somewhat at the 3rd day once he realized the whole Grim Reaper "bullshit" was not bullshit. The usually loner Yu finds himself craving for Casper's presence. And actually starts worrying about him and his safety. And the rare times Yu's teasing backfires at him, it's very effective on him. He "joked" about marriage and living with Casper but he's not joking anymore lol. Would SO sacrifice himself for Casper.*
+ more stuff I don't know how to put into long paragraphs and/or elements I'm not decided on yet or just are very very random so I'll just throw them out:
trans (ftm) bisexual
works as a mortician (I'm sorry but this is way too funny not to be his job + omg it's just like Six Feet Under (if you know this series raise your hand)). At least until Beyond The Bet DLC - Ending 6: Bloom (it's his canon ending for me idc it's my fav ending).
*well he did sacrifice his healing abilities just so Casper could become human in Ending 6 so...
def struggles with socializing
not decided if he's autistic or not yet but he's certainly neurodivergent
born in Winter, not fixed on when exactly
has Chinese heritage, was born and grew up in Australia
his parents died when he was a teenager, he was basically raised by his big sister atfer that.
has a hamster, her name is Ciel
his fav color is green
pspspsp people with POC MCs for a date with death where are you.. pspspsp cmere so i can give u a follow plsplsplspls
#hope there's no typo#english's not my first language yadda yadda#help I wanted to draw Yu for so so so long but couldn't do it before like.#last week maybe#now the time to gather all my rambling on one post ffff#did I played once again to adwd solely to gather those thoughts and get some lore elements correct?#yes. yes I did.#that's why I took so long to post this although it was on my drafts for a while now#yu huang... yellow light... sunshine... get it...#help x2 I saw an occasion to ramble and gladly took it#like. the stars were aligned#tbh when I decided he's Chinese-*Australian* I somehow remember the game is taking place in Australia?#but tbh I... don't even know?#in any case the sole fact he can casually diss on Australia makes it funny enough if he's lived in Australia himself#a date with death#adwd#adwd mc#a date with death mc#my drawing#technically

🍉Please save my child from death.💔✌️
I write these words to you with my hands trembling and tears streaming down my face. My heart is torn apart, my soul melting with pain, and time is passing like a predatory beast approaching to take my little child away from me. He now lies on a hospital bed, his tiny body trembling, his breath slowly fading under a ventilator. His eyes are half-closed, as if life is escaping him right in front of me, and I am helpless, devastated, unable to save him.

The doctors told me that the only hope to save him is urgent surgery, but they are demanding an amount I cannot afford.
They told me words I never imagined I would hear: "Either you pay immediately
or we will disconnect his ventilator." Imagine, my friend, your child being sentenced to death, not because there is no treatment, but because you do not have the money. Imagine seeing your beloved child, a piece of your soul, having their air sucked out, their hope snatched away, while you stand helpless, your hands empty, your heart screaming without anyone to hear it.
I'm scared... so scared. Every minute that passes robs him of his life, and every moment I spend without help brings me closer to the nightmare I don't even want to think about. Please, my friend, I beg you with every tear I shed, with every cry I hold tight to my chest, help me... save my child.

Any amount, any assistance, any sharing of my story could bring him back to life.
I'm not asking for much. I just ask that my child not be taken away from me before my eyes, that I not live the rest of my life remembering how he died because I didn't have enough money to save him. Please, before it's too late, before everything becomes just a painful memory, don't leave me alone in this horror... Don't let me bury my child.

Please, my friend, I beg you like I've never begged anyone before: Don't let my child die, don't let me live through this hell. Anything, any amount, any sharing of my child's story could be the lifeline that keeps him alive.
I swear to you, there's no more time... Death is getting closer, and I stand here watching without being able to do anything. Please, please, don't let this be the end... Don't let me lose him.

Hello 🙋
My name is Maram, I am 25 years old from Gaza. I dreamed of a peaceful life, spending my life with my husband and my three children... but the war turned this dream into an impossible one 💔😭. We lived through this genocide with all its painful details and we are still suffering from it😭. We were so happy when the ceasefire was announced, and we returned to our homes in northern Gaza after being displaced for a year and a half in a tent in the south of the Gaza Strip. After repairing a small room in our destroyed house, we began to live there and start over. Unfortunately, the war came back, and it was even stronger than before 💔. Now, we have no shelter or source of income. We have used up all our savings during the war. I know I created my campaign very late, but that's because I have no other means to help my family 🙏. I am completely confident and hopeful that someone here will help us as much as they can and save my family in these tough circumstances 😔.

I know how painful and frustrating it is to start over from scratch, but I hope to get any amount for my family 🥺🙏.
So, please, donate to my campaign, even if it's a small amount—it will have a big impact on us 🥺. May God bless you, my friend 🥰❤️.

Hello 🙋♂️
My name is Jaafar, I’m 24 years old and I live in Gaza City 🍉🇵🇸. I was shocked to find all my Tumblr accounts deleted and my main fundraiser post removed after it had gained many shares 😓. Now, I’ve decided to create new accounts and write this post with deep sorrow and heartbreak to start over again 😭💔.
Please, just as you supported me on my old accounts, support my new one and share my campaign post so it can reach as many people as possible 🙏🥺.
The situation here in Gaza is extremely bad. We’re facing insane bombing, starvation, and skyrocketing food prices—ten times the normal cost *if food is even available*.

In addition, there is constant killing, and our area is classified as a dangerous combat zone that must be evacuated! 😓
It’s a disaster, and any help from you could help us stay safe for just a few more days. Please, donate to my campaign even if it’s a small amount 😭🙏—your donation will mean the world to us 💔🫶.

A Future Beyond War Starts With You 💙
My name is Naser. In the blink of an eye, war took everything from me— my mother, my sister, my home, and the life I once knew.
In one devastating moment, everything changed. All that remains are memories and the unbearable weight of loss.
But even in the darkest of times, I refuse to give up. ✊ Because there is still something worth fighting for— my three younger brothers.
🔹 One dreams of becoming a doctor 🩺—to heal others and prevent them from suffering like we have. 🔹 Another wants to become an engineer 🏗️—to rebuild the broken world war has left behind. 🔹 And the youngest? He just wants to be a kid again 🧸—to play, to laugh, to live in peace.
🏡 We need a home. We need education. We need hope. Right now, we’re not just fighting to survive. We’re fighting for a future—a future where my brothers can dream again, a future where they can grow, learn, and be children once more.
We are fighting for the opportunity to rebuild.

💙 This is where you come in. I’m not asking for much—just a chance.
A chance to heal, to grow, to give my brothers the future they deserve. A chance to rebuild our lives, piece by piece.
Your support—whether through a donation, sharing our story, or simply standing by us—could make all the difference. Even the smallest act of kindness can spark change. ✨
Naser’s Hope: A Teen Survivor Trying to Begin Again
✅️Vetted by @gazavetters, my number verified on the list is ( #586 )✅️
🙏 Will you help us rebuild? Together, we can show that war doesn’t get the last word—hope does.
Thank you for being the light that keeps us going. 💙✨

🌿 My Name is Rola, and This is My Story 🌿
I never thought I would be writing this. I never thought I would be begging for help just to keep my children warm, just to feed them one more meal. But here I am, reaching out to you, because I have no other choice.
My name is Rola. I am a mother of two beautiful children, and before October 7th, we had a life filled with love and laughter. We had a home. My children had their own room, filled with their toys and drawings. We would sit together on our balcony, drinking coffee in the early morning light. We had dreams, just like any other family.
But in an instant, it was all gone.

A missile struck. The earth shook beneath us. The air filled with dust and fire. My husband and son ran, stumbling over each other in terror. I stood frozen, the ringing in my ears drowning out my own screams. Our home was shattered—windows blown out, doors ripped from their hinges. And when I looked outside, our neighbor’s house, a place that once echoed with children's laughter, was nothing but rubble and ash.
That was just the beginning.
The bombs never stopped. Every night, I held my children close as the sky rained fire. The sound of explosions mixed with the cries of mothers searching for their babies in the darkness. I covered my children, whispering words of comfort, but how do you comfort a child who is terrified of dying in their sleep?
We had to leave. We walked away from everything—our home, our memories, the warmth of our life before. My children left behind their favorite toys, their books, their safe space. Now, we have nothing.

No home.
No food.
No clean water.
No way out.
I went to buy sugar the other day. It cost $20 for just a kilo. Food is disappearing, and the little that remains is impossible to afford. Every day, I fight to find just enough to keep my children alive.
I am exhausted. I am scared. I need your help.
I never imagined I would have to beg for my family’s survival. But today, I am.
Please, if you are reading this, help us. Help me save my children. Help us find shelter, food, a way to rebuild even a small piece of the life we lost. If we ever have the chance to leave, we need support. If we are forced to stay, we need a home again.
Every donation matters. Every share helps. Every voice that speaks for us keeps hope alive.
💚 Please donate if you can. Share our story. Help us survive. 💚

🏚️ From Rubble to Renewal — Help Mohamed Rebuild a Home Full of Hope 🌿
In the blink of an eye, the life we knew disappeared.
My name is Mohamed, and I’m writing this with a heart full of sorrow—but also a quiet flame of hope. Our family home, a place that held generations of memories, was reduced to rubble in an instant. The rooms that once echoed with laughter, the walls that witnessed our stories, and the garden where we dreamed of better days—all of it is gone.
And yet, we are still here.

Still standing. Still believing. Still dreaming.
Before the war, our home wasn’t just a structure—it was everything. It was the heartbeat of our family. We shared countless dinners around a modest table, whispered goodnight to one another across quiet rooms, and celebrated the small joys that made life meaningful. It was a place of love, of safety, of tradition.
Losing it has left a deep wound in our lives. But what we haven’t lost is our will to rebuild.
We are determined not to let destruction be the end of our story. We want to rebuild our home not just with bricks and wood, but with faith, with dignity, and with your support.
I know there are countless stories in the world that deserve to be heard, and I humbly ask that you take a moment to hear ours. We are turning to this community, to the kindness of strangers, because we believe in the power of people coming together to lift one another out of despair.
Your support—whether it’s a donation, a share, or even just a moment of your time—can help lay the first stone of our new beginning.
💛 Every dollar brings us one step closer to safety. 🧱 Every share gives our story a voice. 🌱 Every gesture, no matter how small, is a reminder that compassion can grow even in the harshest soil.
We are not asking for charity. We are asking for a chance. A chance to rebuild our lives, to give our children a roof under which they can dream again, and to find peace after so much pain.
✅️ Vetted by @gazavetters, my number verified on the list is ( #609 ) ✅️
Please, if you feel moved by our story, consider helping us build something new from what’s been lost. Your kindness will be felt not just in concrete and wood—but in every smile, every warm night, and every future moment of joy that your support helps make possible.
From the deepest part of my heart—thank you. For your time, your love, and your belief in us. We will never forget it.
With all my gratitude, – Mohamed

🌟 A Cry for Help: My Family’s Struggle to Survive in Gaza 🌟
🙌Verified by Butterfly effect project line 355

Before everything I'm writing this and my kids are starving they don't have anything to eat. I'm begging you to save my kids from this famine 🙏🙏‼️🥺🙏
Hello, my name is Areej Kassab. I’m a 27-year-old English teacher and writer from Gaza, and I’m reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for support. My family and I are enduring unimaginable hardships as relentless bombings devastate our home and our dreams.
We are a family of 15—10 adults and 5 children. Every day is a battle for survival. Food is scarce, humanitarian aid is not reaching us, and my little nieces and nephews go to bed hungry. Among them is my sister, who is deaf, and another sister who has a newborn baby. They, too, are suffering in this crisis, and I’m doing everything I can to protect and provide for them.
💔 A Life in Ruins
The war has robbed us of everything: safety, peace, and even the hope of a future here. My family’s needs are basic yet critical—food, clean water, diapers for the babies, gas for cooking, and other essentials to make it through each day.
With rising prices and limited access to necessities, we are struggling to provide even the most basic items. My sister’s home has been destroyed, and we are working together to ensure everyone has shelter, food, and warmth.
✨ My Plea for Your Support ✨
I’m a writer, and I’ve been documenting the harsh realities faced by my community under siege. But words can only do so much. We need action, and we need help. Your kindness can save us.
🙏 How You Can Help
Donate: Every contribution, no matter how small, brings us closer to securing the essentials we desperately need.
Share Our Story: If you can’t donate, please share this post to help us reach others who can.
Your support will help provide food for the children, clean water for my family, and basic supplies to help us survive this unimaginable crisis.
Thank you for reading, for caring, and for standing in solidarity with us. Together, we can create a lifeline for my family—a chance to live, to dream, and to hope again.
With love and gratitude,
Areej Kassab ❤️
