This or that? We always have to struggle with this confusion. In yesterdays journaling prompt that i shared in my stories, I did feel the struggle myself of addiction i hold. I am SWEETOHOLIC. I am on my journey to reduce or take it under control or even altogether remove sugar from diet. This is what am doing, I am currently observing and noting down how I feel, read my observations below👇🏼 Scene 1- I become aware of how I feel when I don't eat sugar (result1- I feel aware, good, free, light, easy inside) Scene2- This is how I feel after eating sweet. (result2- feel too much full, lazy, unaware, my actions aren't linked with my thoughts, not feeling good inside) Both scenes are valid to feel. We need to accept the now & choose what we want to feel next. Next steps- Would be I wanna think how I want to feel, which feels better. Why i feel like eating sweets. When I was busy learning during my Instagram break I got a DM from smriti do you design wedding cards. My usual response would have been yes I do but am kind a busy upgrading my skills. Something inside me (intuition) told me to take this project and am so glad I heard the call and took this beautiful opportunity to meet a beautiful human too.
