One fall autumn night I took walk jaught

to meet some friends at a familiar haunt The sky above was very starry bright and there seemed to me not a cloud in sight So off I went without sans umbrella or coat although what I probably needed was really a boat Cause the clouds came rolled in with a dragon's roar and shortly thereafter it began to pour Not a pleasant rain, good for plant and flower but a driving, unfriendly, cold hard icy shower Now I was halfway between home and there my makeup was running ruined and so was my hair With no shelter in sight or a way to get dry I put my face in my hands and started to cry When out of the shower rain a voice broke through "Hey D it's me Clawd, hey D is that you?"

Personality Profile:

Lagoona is relaxed, friendly and compassionate. She is an excellent listener and her steady nature coupled with a gracious demeanor makes her the ghoul to go to for students who want advice from one of their peers.

Parental Participation:

Mixed, Lagoona’s father is a very private monster who rarely, if ever, leaves the water. Although he does volunteer to help the MH surf team he steadfastly refuses to help with any land-based activities. Our parent-headmistress conferences are always conducted from a boat.

Academic Standing:

Lagoona is a steady student who turns in her work on time and participates in class. However, academics are not her first love, the water is. I do not believe she would not do an assignment to go surfing but I do believe if the choice is between doing an assignment for extra credit and surfing. Lagoona will be on her board in the water.

Social Interaction:

Lagoona is that rare monster whose buoyant presence is welcomed by any group in which she happens to surface. However, as with many monsters her age, she has trouble navigating the perilous shoals of dating.

Overall:

Lagoona Blue is an old soul and has a great deal of wisdom for one so young. She is the personification of a teenage monster that makes you feel as if you’re the only one in the room when she is talking to you. - Headless Headmistress

Personality Profile:

Frankie is kind, inquisitive and enthusiastic. Her desire to always do the right thing can sometimes be derailed by overthinking the situation. She can also be a bit of a... klutz, which has necessitated the hiring of another janitor for duty during school hours.

Parental Participation:

Excellent on all fronts both in terms of encouraging Frankie to become a better student and volunteering their time to help with activities at Monster High. I would love to clone both of them but Mr. Stein has so far refused this request.

Academic Standing:

Frankie Stein is a bright student with a curious mind. Her grasp of both conceptual and rote material is encouraging. She does struggle at times to pay attention in class and can be given to frights of fancy.

Social Interaction:

Frankie's social skills are still a work in progress. While she has certainly bonded with her chosen group of friends, her eagerness to please and naivety sometimes invokes the law of unintended consequences.

Overall:

I have enjoyed having Frankie Stein at Monster High and I believe that her potential is unlimited. She is the personification of a teenage monster learning who she is with all the joy and frustration inherent in the acquisition of that knowledge. - Headless Headmistress

Personality Profile:

Clawdeen is bold, opinionated and fiercely loyal to her friends and family. Her insistence on doing things her own way without regard for convention is both a strength and a weakness as her independence can be misinterpreted as arrogance.

Parental Participation:

Outstanding considering the responsibilities inherent in caring for such a large pack. While they are unable to volunteer for every event at MH, they are solely responsible for the annual barbecue fundraiser for our athletic teams. It is always a screaming success.

Academic Standing:

Clawdeen excels at subjects she believes will futher her ultimate goal of creating a fashion empire. Unfortunately, any subject that falls outside of that goal stands less than a ghost of a chance at getting one hundred percent effort from her. We are working to correct this.

Social Interaction:

Despite Clawdeen's Strong independent streak, she is no lone wolf and her peer pack at MH is reflective of the new spirit exhibited by this younger generation of monsters. They respect the tradition of their parents but which kind of monster they haunt out with is their own decision.

Overall:

I believe that Clawdeen Wolf’s fierce determination and focus will one day make her very successful. She is the personification of a teenage monster from a large family who wants to stand out from the pack and be recognized as her own person - Headless Headmistress

Personality Profile: Cleo is haughty, demanding and regal which befits her royal lineage. While she expects to be deferred to, she also possesses a certain noblesse oblige resulting in acts of great kindness and generosity on her part

Parental Participation: Cleo's father is the chairman of the MH construction committee and oversees all new building plans. Publicly he appears aloof and uninterested in the mundane happenings at MH but coincidentally much of the business he has here seems to correspond with events where Cleo is involved.

Academic Standing: As a child Cleo was tutored by the greatest minds in her father's kingdom. This tutoring has givern her a broad knowledge of many subjects although she really excels in dead Languages and geometry. Cleo's biggest hurdle has been the realization that we don't all servants to do homework or take test for our students.

Social Interaction: Cleo is a princess but she's not a mean ghoul. This has alloher to establish genuine relationships with fellow students who can "let Cleo be Cleo" even when "her imperial bossiness" forgets that at Monster High she's just one of the ghouls.

Overall: Cleo de Nile has great leadership potential and seems to have escaped the traps that can turn rulers into tyrants. Cleo is the personification of a teenage monster with a pedigree who is learning that respect is based not on birthright but actions. - Headless Headmistress
