It’s That  Time Of Year! Gacha Guild Is Here!

We at Montecito Bay are very excited for a big event going on starting today, March 1st, and going on through the entire month.

You may be asking, “What’s a gacha”? It’s a special little machine, like you’d see at an arcade, where you put your Lindens in, and a prize comes out. Like a capsule prize machine! Every play is a win! Except gachas in SL have far greater prizes within them at times. This year’s Spring Gacha Guild has a running theme of both springtime pastels, flowers, etc, but the sim itself is celebrating with whimsical carnival music, merry-go-rounds, and even a huge ferris wheel. The many creators participating in this gacha guild round have even created items within these themes for you to win!  And some creators have even been nice enough to bust out some older popular gachas of theirs from previous rounds of the event. Oh, and the best part? The more you play the gachas this time, the more chances you have at getting special tickets which you can redeem starting March 17th for free prizes! Just make sure to “allow experiences” when coming into the sim, and you’ll be collecting tickets in no time! Many vendors have the ability to give you tickets. If you’re not sure, just ask the merchants! We’ll be making a secondary post to link to for a bit of a peek at some of the goodies you can get there too! Happy Gacha-Ing! Here’s your taxi ride!
