It felt odd to her, to think that perhaps she did have someone out there who shared her blood. But, that wasn’t entirely important to her; her guild, her nakama that was her family. 

“Of course you do, silly child. It’s not a matter if you have a mother or not, it’s a matter of knowing her.” A little laugh escapes the old man’s mouth as he watches the female in front of him. yes. She was truly similar to Irene. In some of her qualities. He would not be able to deny such a thing. The gaze he gave the younger woman was rather soft. He didn’t mean anything ill with that and she could see it perfectly on the expression of his face. However, he continued

“It saddens me. That she wasn’t there. Although...you could say her not being there lead to you discovering that guild of yours? Fairy Tail..was it? The paths of fate are truly bizarre, sometimes.” He did seem to not have any particular feelings towards that guild. He was from another country entirely, after all. So him not having many thoughts on the matter of just one of the guilds that didn’t belong to the empire is not surprising. 

“I am sorry for bringing it up, young lady. You just reminded me of her that’s all. My name is August. I am a traveller.” He would say his surname, but that would bring more questions than it was worth. He did, however, bow his head slightly in a show of respect.

“Well. Biological parent anyway. You look...rather similar. Erza Scarlet was it? You share the Scarlet part of the title as well. Ironic, if you haven’t met her before.” Ever since he left Alvarez he was wondering when he would meet this one. A surprise it happened so suddenly. The old mage didn’t mind

Apparently i feel like returning to this old man and doing lot’s of stuff! I will be replying to all the stuff i am owning in a bit! fun to be back into fandom....even if the manga is not too far from it’s end.

He did design his entrire home to work on magic. His magic. If someone else would have tried using anything from here, it would have ended badly. Or it won’t simply work, depending on the power of the intruder. As soon as they came inside, he went towards the kitchen, doing a few more of those gestures to start everything needed. He did not really do anything physically outsode of his training, so that he can have both his body and magic in top shape at the same time. “You can explodre if you wish”

The black markings of his Devil-Slaying magic were tainted upon his skin, his deep blue eyes stared towards one of the Spriggan 12, if this guy had seen him upon fighting Invel – You would have though that the Devil of ice had come alive with how he utterly defeated the other. But something was telling Gray that this guy right here was on a whole other level compared to their ice general, the ice-mage then shifted his footing – Gray knew full well that their reputation was more from their fire dragon-slayer, Natsu Dragneel, which probably gave him the advantage since they would assume he would rush in to attack.

“& what are you? Some sort of troll?” Gray joked, but then he glared towards him before he continued “If yer mean ‘interfering’ as protecting my comrades & my home, then yer not going to stop me – Nor are ya’ goin’ t’stop me from getting to Zeref Dragneel” he spoke rather coldly as the atmosphere was beginning to turn a lot colder, Gray was giving the false sense of the fact he was about to attack.

“I’m going to destroy Zeref & E.N.D, whilst keeping Natsu alove – Your dumbass Majesty might be his related brother, but what sort of family abandon’s him? Natsu has a real family & that is Fairy Tail!”

A bluff then? Perhaps he was giving them less credit then he should have. The magic of the other finally became clear. Devil slayer. How interesting. So there was some magic users in fairy tail that used some sort of black magic. All devil salyers walked the path of darkness. August was neither light, nor dark, so he will be able to use it if he trully wishes for it. There was no need for hm to reply to the boy’s taunts, he was old enough to understand what was happening here. A battle of witts. Who will attack first, who will give away their magic and capabilities first? It seems like the ice-mage was trying to make August attack. Well, the old man did not mind doing just that. After a miment of thought he found a needed spell in his head. Muttering something under his breath, he extended an arm, fire forming in his palm. After a moment, he performed a cutting motion, sending a blade-like fire attack towards the other. He did not move from his place, nor his expression changed. The attack was made in an almost lazy manner. Like he did not really felt like doing it. Another taunt non the less. However, after launching the first blow, he finally spoken again

“I have no interest in Natsu, E.N,D or your family, i came here to assure that empire will win in this war. Your childish rambling will not do anything to my resolve, nor make me angry. And you have no chance of winning in this fight” it was said in a very calm manner, he was waiting for the other to attack in return.

Aversa asked as if hurt, even curling her lips downward in a pouty-like frown. Sure, she is years younger than the man before her, but not to the point where she isn’t mature. Since he suggested pranks, she felt like doing one. The temptation was real since he had to point it out in others more youthful than him.

She reached forward lazily and poked at his abs with one of her long, black nails. Her eyes flickered upward to him now to catch his reaction. The dark sorceress wondered how far she can go with her touch before stopping her hand. The silver-haired woman at least wanted to hear his thoughts before pushing her luck.

Of course she would go for a touch, he was expecting it, however he was not at the same time. So the age difference does not really matter to her now did it? A funny thought. He wanted to see how far she will go with this. So he closed his eyes slghtly, but did not stop her, he just looked on her hand. However there was a surprise on his face even if for a little bit, he was caught slightly off guard after all.

Aversa clenched the spine of her spell book tightly, her eyes narrowing to her newest opponent. Sure, she will amuse him by answering his question. Best to know where your grave will is located.

I reacted, but being in a state of confusion after the teleportation, i lost controll of my magic for a moment.” He was not a fan of lying, so he stated everything right away. There was no real reason for him to cover up the truth, since it will only help him in the long run. Possibly, he will be able to get that young lady to show him around? But for the moment, her intentions were far from friendly. He will fight her if needed.

“Perhaps we cal talk? I do not wish to fight a pointless battle, since i am not your enemy, i am just a stranger that overused some old magic” a small chuckle escaped his mouth, as he looked at the female intently, almost scanning her, trying to see what kind of person she was, what was the magic that she used? It was curious to end up somewhere he did not belong.
