I was personally really shocked at this scene. Xion's abuse at the hands of Saïx and Xemnas and the trauma the followed had so much influence on her that they both got a panel on her heart station unlike Roxas and I think scenes like this clearly show why (other than the constant misgendering). I can only imagine what Isa's apology was like. I honestly really wish he'd apologized to her on screen at some point in KH3.

Some thoughts on Demyx's story and accompanying headcannons:

1. Demyx would be the type to join a cult to make friends.

2. The old guys' club... He must be referring to Xigbar and a few others because he uses the same nickname to refer to him in the same paragraph and that's also what Demyx often calls Xigbar in the original Japanese manga.

I think the point he's making here is that almost everyone in the Organization seemed to already have a most precious person other than Xigbar who tries to be everyone's friend.

3. Now lemme pick apart his list...

Axel and Saïx: Obviously had a messy breakup by the time Demyx wrote this. Glad they seem to be back together as of KH3.

Marluxia and Larxene: She is so head over heels in love with him and literally only joined the Organization because he did. Larxene would be the type to join a cult because her crush did. Not sure why she doesn't just tell him.

Vexen is basically married to Ansem the Wise and Zexion is their adopted son, but they try to be all coy about it even though Vexen treats Zexion like he's his mom.

Xaldin and Lexaeus: The type of couple you know for months and think are just best friends forever, but then they randomly drop on you that they've been dating for 15 years.

Demyx and Xigbar: They have a really fun dynamic that rarely makes it into the games, constantly calling each other out and matching each other's energy. It's a lot more evident in the manga how close they are/were (depending on where they are in the story currently, who knows with these two).

4. Both Marluxia and Demyx mention the phrase "may your heart be your guiding key" in their stories. Demyx even knows that quote comes from somebody in particular, but doesn't seem to know that person's title (Master Of Masters). I can believe that other Organization members have heard Xigbar muttering that phrase because Luxord catches him saying in KH3, but did Xigbar tell Demyx about the Master of Masters without mentioning his name? That's the only way it would make sense that Demyx knows about the Master of Masters, but not his title.
