This greeting is normally what we tell newlyweds. I really think this is more for those who just gave birth because you'll really have to wish the best for the couple who has to wake up every 2-3hrs for the next 3 months.

Congratulations!

This is usually a greeting for those who just gave birth. I really think it should be for the newly weds because they finally graduated with their wedding preparations! They will still be in their honeymoon phase for the first few weeks, months.... so really, congrats!

This struck me the most from yesterday's homily by Father Orbos. It's very true especially now in this fast paced world where everyone has short attention spans and busy with their phones.

Living with mental illness means that on some days it will be even harder to cope and you might not be able to explain why. It could be because you havent slept enough, because a smell reminded you of feeling sad, or for no reason at all.

This is a reminder that we dont have to justify our feelings or abilities to anyone, just do whats needed to make it to the next day.
