A lady in the background just outright fades away....

I know the animation in Baby Felix took a steep decline in "season 2". But holy shit! I was not ready for just how bad it really is. Say what you want about the first half of this weird baby spin-off, but at least it was animated competently, the art style was actually cute and appealing to look at, the sound mixing wasn't ass, and the voice actors didn't sound like they recorded their lines in their bathrooms.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was the result of the animator's messing around and never expected this to actually make it through the approval process.

This cartoon really liked to show Robotnik nearly naked, or put way more focus on his butt than necessary. After all, he is "animation's sexiest fat man", according to Milton Knight.

The picture of Robotnik in a bikini is not what sticks out the most about it's existence for me. The context is how you're not even given any warning for it and they just suddenly show it to you out of nowhere. It's a jumpscare in the most non-horror sense. Or the opposite of one, depending on your tastes.

People always use Darth Vader as example when pointing out how liking villains is not indicative of someone's morals, but it's for a good reason. Would it seriously be fair to make a broad generalizing and say that liking him automatically means a person supports killing children, genocide, blowing up whole planets, fascism, etc? No, it wouldn't be. Especially if you watched the prequel films and saw how Anakin became Darth Vader wasn't as black and white of a process as one would initially assume.

Or people simply find a monster of a character entertaining. Which has a lot of basis in reality considering how some of the worst people in history- and abusers- managed to gain so much support from others because they tend to be the most likable and charming people.

Or something that people nowadays rarely seem to take into account why people would like villains in general:

The purpose and role they serve in a story. How they effect the events and challenge the main character/s and make them change when they wouldn't have otherwise. How they contrast, or share similarities, with the protagonist/s, and might even make the audience see things differently than they did before. Frollo is one of the most morally reprehensible Disney villains, but he's also considered one of the best written ones. He's the perfect representation of a controlling moral hypocrite, and the terrifying lengths someone like him will go to blame and punish everyone else but himself in order to clear his conscience.

If you want to argue why you think Valentino doesn't work as a villain, then sure. But, that's usually not the argument I see people making when it comes to this character. It usually seems to boil down to: This character is morally bad, and you're bad and condone what they do if you like them! Not whether they think Valentino serves his intended purpose in the show's narrative well or not.

I can't say I'm really surprised hearing about certain people harassing or being pieces of shit towards Hazbin Hotel fans cosplaying as Valentino or his voice actor because that's, unfortunately, not a new thing. As long I've been been going to conventions(2008), there's been people- usually young-er ones(as in teens and college age)- who cannot distinguish fiction from reality, acting like some sweaty dressed up nerd is the fictional character that lives rent free in their head.

Or for a non-convention example, just look at the shit the poor underpaid character actors at Disney parks put up with.

I can't say I'm really surprised hearing about certain people harassing or being pieces of shit towards Hazbin Hotel fans cosplaying as Valentino or his voice actor because that's, unfortunately, not a new thing. As long I've been been going to conventions(2008), there's been people- usually young-er ones(as in teens and college age)- who cannot distinguish fiction from reality, acting like some sweaty dressed up nerd is the fictional character that lives rent free in their head.

Okay the outfits Felix and Kitty wear in this segment from the post-apocalyptic baby spin-off are actually pretty cute.

I got a finished custom Chris and Maria dolls that I’ve yet to get actual good photos of, I just finished a custom Cosmo figure, and Sonic X is now 20 years old. What do I do? Why I spend all day going to every weird place I can think of for outdoor photos, and experience the very real struggle with the average Sonic figure being way too top heavy to get them to stand upright to the point of where it’s a literal balancing act.

Crouching in unnatural positions to get certain angles, and getting confused stared from people, was worth it. That is, I think it was.
