Meggy’s Berry Sweet Save File!

After a lot of long days it is finally done! 

This save file includes about 90 new sims made from scratch (Except Merlot and Lacey made by @berrysweetboutique.) I have not touched any lots so they are all the same.

The CC folder is included in the download (no cc is made by me). And yes I’m sure I included everything this time :3

I have all packs except Star Wars and Moschino.

Im berrifying the premades so i can actually play berries again. I just hate seeing to many non berries walking around my berry save...

A Newcomer’s Guide to Berry Simming (In the Sims 4)

Are you interested in berry simming? Are you just unsure of how to get started? Do you wonder what the deal with berry sims is? Do you keep seeing all these colorful sims on your dash and wondering what the heck would compel someone to make a sim like that? 

All these questions in more I hope to answer in my new basic guide to berry simming. I cover basic history, custom content, legacy challenges, and more. I made it hoping it would help people to break into this great simming community, or to just clear up confusion on what it’s all about.

So cause i’m running my not so berry on my main blog @moonphasesims (which in hindsight i should have done on here) and i’ve wanted to get back into berries and stuff I may run this challenge on here because its a cute legacy idea! It may not strictly be berry, maybey more angels and demons but still bright sims. IDK yet. I just wanna play with colourful simmies again! time to go on a downloading spree XD

TEN GENERATION GAMING LEGACY CHALLENGE This is my first legacy challenge that I’ve created! This legacy is ten generations long, each generation is based on an iconic video game that’s made an impact on my life. If you decide to try this legacy please tag me or use the tag #bugsims so I can see it!

BASIC RULES:

Finish the listed aspiration. 

Have a spouse and get married unless stated otherwise in the gen rules.

Have at least one kid per generation. 

Money cheats can be used, but not excessively!

Keep the lifespan on normal.

You can live wherever you’d like unless stated otherwise in the gen rules!

Had a request for shots of Sugar Valley the very first berry sweet world ever created. It is base game compatible. When it was created, it was tested with many different simmers with different EP combinations and it worked for all.

Sugar Valley ~ It is a save not a world. You will need to unzip the file to get the folder, which you place in your saves folder.

Apple Loosa Pie - A Berrified version of Appaloosa Plains.

Happy holidays, Simblr! We both wish you all a merry christmas and a happy new year <3 

Apatheticsims and I worked long and hard on this project for one entire month and we hope alot of you will be able to make use of it! This post will contain all information about this world and what we did to it, we both put an equal amount of effort into it, too!

THIS IS FOR PATCHES 1.39 AND UP, IF YOU AREN’T PATCHED TO 1.39 IT WON’T WORK FOR YOU. (well yes it will, but some of the skins on people won’t show up!)

THINGS YOU’LL NEED FOR EVERYTHING TO SHOW UP THE WAY IT SHOULD: Fawkes skins - RABBIT HOLES (MIRROR) - PETS EP- PATCH 1.39 OR HIGHER. 

In regards to:

Townies: We repopulated the world with berry sweet sims, all dressed in base game and pets clothing except for their fawkes skin, that you will need if you want all sims to show up the way they should. If you don’t have fawkes, the sims will most likely show up with black skin. We went ahead and rid all households of pets incase they caused anyone lag. We recolored the houses already placed and made by EA to suit the sims living in it and added bios to most of the townies. If you can, you should take a minute to read them. If you follow me at simstrology, you’ll notice that I placed a few extended velvet family members in the world for you to play with (Pastel Peppermint and Vanilla Razz as a couple and Cosmic Velvet). All households are cc free. Scout Luce, Preston Luce, Gossip and Spring Pastella also make an appearance.

Rabbit Holes Apatheticsims worked really hard on recoloring all the rabbit holes to suit the berrified version of Appaloosa plains. They should show up fine if you installed the packages right. They look just they way they should from map view as they do upclose. I hope you can take the chance to explore the world and appreciate what Apatheticsims did with almost every rabbit hole :) (I left the bistro and the spa/bookstore alone, I liked their colors!)

Unoccupied homes: We left the unoccupied houses unoccupied and as they are for you to either play with or put your own townies in. It’s not a big amount of empty houses but it’s definitely something to get you started.

Expansion packs: You will only need Pets & of course base game for this.

Okay guys! Here it is! One fully berrified Starlight Shores. All families are new (except 1) and almost every lot has gone under berrification. A couple were pretty awesome to begin with so I didn’t do much. This is just like Sugar Valley. All you need to do is unzip the folder and drop it in your saves folder. It will pop up as a save. NOT A WORLD. If someone knows how to transform it into a world I am all ears. Anywho I put a whole lot of work into this and I really hope you like it. There is absolutely NO CC. No Skins. Nothing. Not even store content. Only thing I used are EP items, which I have all of.

Everything is 100% Safe. I did a factory restart before I started. So it is safe for all as long you have SHOWTIME!

Wedding Day

Mist and Guava had a private and small wedding. They got married in San Myshunos park over looking the lake. Afterwards they all went inside, drank and ate cake!

Mist maxed out her painting skill on the morning of the wedding!

Mist gave Orchid some lessons in painting! She got a little over excited.

Diamond came over to help with wedding planning!

Mist: Your so early! I’m not even dressed!

Diamond: We have so much to do Mist! It’s your fault you didn't want to wait!

Mist cooked up breakfast or the twins whilst they talked about the up coming wedding!

Violetta: So.. Frost... you bringing a date?

Frost: I errr... I mean..

Violetta: Is there NO ONE in your class you like??

Frost: I’ve just been concentrating on school at the moment Vi

Violetta: Your such a....never mind..

I know its been a lil while since I posted anything.

But I really got into not so berry on my main blog... oops >.< I’m planning to play some of this lil family today. Unfortunately I deleted a bunch of CC so imma have to go through and make sure everyone still has hair!! and clothes... and... furniture... 

I also kinda want to make some new banners BUT i may wait for gen 2. And I want to change my blog layout and add a character page. Lots of work to do!

Frost has been doing really well in school lately! He managed to get an apprenticeship in a local laboratory!

Guava: So I was wondering.... Well me and your mother where. Once we are married i’d really like to adopt you two officially.

Violetta: Your kidding? We are nearly adults!

Guava: Exactly. I want to do it before its to late.

Violetta: You know you’ll never be my real dad!

Frost: Vi... stop. Guava I would like that, you’ve been the only real dad I’ve ever know.

Violetta: Eurg.... Fine... I guess....
