Been casually following dramas on KBS World which is refreshing because most of them are old and not made all shiny and cool for a global Netflix audience but one of the dramas that I'm hooked on to (Nothing Uncovered) is currently airing and I don't wanna wait a week for episodes

genuinely when you log off and are only exposed to the lives of those around you as god intended you realize how much shit does not matter. i know this is not a hot take but we were not meant to hear every thought, feeling and opinion of people we will never see face to face. it’s so much easier to pile on people for harmless but annoying opinions when you will never have to spend extended time with them.

I deleted the instagram app on an impulse yesterday and this morning i journaled instead of scrolling on social media I felt like a new born baby lets hope this lasts I need to read more and journal more and watch more meaningful movies i need to be more disciplined i’ve had enough !
