Some random thoughts on Mamoru Chiba.

I've been coming and going from Sailor Moon fanfiction for a couple of years. Every time I come back, I face an impossible challenge of finding fics that I've read and liked because I never bother to bookmark them😓 Stupid me, yes. And if I'm being honest the quality of the bigger part of works is average at best. I certainly appreciate the efforts and never criticize.

The biggest issue I have is how relationship between Usagi and Mamoru is written. The majority have Mamoru with two completely different personalities: before confessing he is a sarcastic jerk, who always teasing, but as soon as they get together with Usagi he never ever tease her and just overly sweet.

But I refuse to believe that his sarcastic side won't ever emerge. I think that Usagi and Mamoru still quarrel and call each other names. They just don't offended by it.

Yet to find such relationship in fics is so rare for me (maybe I just search in the wrong places🤔)

That's why to found not one but several authors with the same image of their relationship as me is so great. Thank you @idesofnovember ,@floraone ,@kasienda, @queenrisa14 for your beautiful works. I rarely comment on fics, but your stories have been such a comfort and joy to me, that I could not be silent longer. Thank you very much 🥰
