It feels like this fandom is dying around me and I’m losing my mind about it 😵‍💫😵‍💫 it feels like my whole life revolves around moon knight

I can understand that- the Moon Knight fandom has it downs and highs- and it has been down for a while. But I wouldn't worry about it, you can still enjoy, and be part the fandom without others. I don't post about Moon Knight everyday, but I still think about the character and enjoy them basically everyday.

I would recommend taking a short break, let yourself take break from the fandom or the moon boys. You should focus on other fandoms, if possible, and come back. It can rather reinvigorating.

But don't feel the need to worry about the fandom dying, as along you enjoy it, it might be better to make peace with the dying fandom- all that matters is you enjoy it.

Besides the fandom is bound to respark one day, if only we could convice Marvel to give us that S2 or movie!

I love how it’s pyramid shaped too- two of each item because they aren’t alone, y’know but not three… (yet)

was looking over the details in stevens flat.. and not only is it so fucking beautiful and i’m incredibly jealous..

two beers, a pizza, and two cups of coffee..? who’s beer and who’s coffee? two cups? two separate cups? i imagine the beers are marc’s and steven finds them and is like “i don’t drink..? maybe i drank so much i forgot..?”

What do you think the ‘solution’ as it were is for Moon Knight?

Like, does Khonshu let them go? Is that the only way they can have be happy? Because I don’t see it happening. Is there a way to repair that relationship or a way for Moon Knight to exist in a way that isn’t causing Marc and Steven moral turmoil?

What about Jake? I feel like it’s a common headcanon as far as the mcu goes that he agrees far more with Khonshu and has something of a better relationship with him. Would he be negatively impacted if Khonshu was no longer in their lives?

Like— it’s a superhero universe. If Marc and Steven get what they want, they no longer have a place in the genre. In the universe they’re in, killing the bad guys isn’t exactly wrong. Is there some other way for them to still be Moon Knight? I don’t think just not killing would really work, because what would they do instead?

Where do we go from here?

I have thought a lot about this before anon- because of how the Disney left our moon boys, it put them in a such a complicated situation.

So my idea- was for Marc, Steven and Jake to make a deal with Khonshu, unlike the first one Marc ever made. A sort of compromise- where they will serve Khonshu as his "Moon Knight", but they can decide if they want take on a mission or if they want to kill someone or not- Khonshu is willingly to do anything to have Marc (and steven) back serving him- but he did create one rule, to be a bit fair for him- is that once every full moon (or month) they have to listen to him no matter what.

The reason Marc goes back to being Moon Knight is because, he struggles with living with normalcy- since for so long he been fighting, fighting turned into his normalcy, so he misses it (even if he doesn't not want to admit it)- besides Khonshu still has Jake, and wouldn't let them go, its better to do it on their own terms than Khonshu. (And why would Marc want Jake to take on this "burden" alone, when he was the one who made the deal in the first place)

Jake still gets to do his thing, but in more healither way, since Steven and Marc can help him, and he isn't forced into killing. Only if they want to- (but its mostly up to the writers)

In my heart, I still want them to be Moon Knight again, all of them, just not only Jake- (Jake does believe the most in Khonshu's mission, but also he is just trying to protect Steven and Marc-)

They need to create boundaries with Khonshu, making a deal that three of them can get behind, to keep serving Khonshu- Khonshu doesn't want let the best avatar his ever had go, so he will go along- (till he can find some other loophole prob)

(I am just worried Disney, will just let Jake take up the mantle- and not even bother with this hole, they dug themselves in)

TLDR: They make a new deal with Khonshu, that benfits them more, lets them keep being Moon Knight but on their own terms.

So- I was on tvtropes, a few days ago and it mention how they used same sets for these scenes- and went check for myself and yep...

Also maybe because (fake world) Dr.Harrow has a dog- maybe Marc envisioned it as a jackle...

Apparently the first two episodes of Moon Knight were going to take place in New York, but they probably switch to London- since everything happens in New York in MCU.

If look closely in this shot- looks like he's wearing his necklace! Steven never wears this- so why would he just wear it to bed?

I don't see any necklace- unless it very well hidden...

So during the scene were he comes home and puts everything back- the sand, the tape, the restraints- could that of been Marc? You may ask why bother, but have you met this man?

Everytime I look for a Moon Knight clip or try to analyze something. I always just in suck in the show and just keeping watching it!

Who I believe the Moon Boys who get along with best in Thunderbolts*

Marc would get along best with Bucky- both have that tired dad energy.

Steven would get along best with Bob- both having that I just drank seven Red Bulls energy.

Jake would get along best with Alexei- both have that caring dad energy.

My idea for Moon Knight in Thunderbolts* (I have only seen the movie once so bare with me)

Starting off with the biggest issue is where the Moon Knight show ended off- Thunderbolts is neither the time nor place for them to introduce Jake- so for the sake of it- let’s say they already know about Jake Lockley, but don’t know he is working for Khonshu. (This probably took place in late 2025 or 2026, since movie is set in 2027?)

They moved to New York, yet since Marc doesn’t know what to do with his life and is a wanted criminal in the states, he works with Val for immunity. Steven is aware of this, and isn’t very happy with Marc, but still helps him from time to time.

Marc gets sent to kill all four of them, (which all four get him too, and their other target) he doesn’t know any of them and doesn’t care to know, (they also don’t know him) but after learning this was a set-up stops (mostly because everyone else did)

Meeting Bob- Marc is just annoyed not at Bob, but the situation- he doesn’t really spare a glance at Bob, but it does kinda remind him of Steven's nervous demeanor.

He helps escape the incinerator ofc, and helps them climb up the wall.

(Off-topic, but Marc probably also shits on Walker too)

If Bob touched Marc doing these points- the memory would probably be one of many things- a. His brother dying, B. His mother’s abuse, C. His time in the military, D. His time with Khonshu. To name a few.

He helps fight the soldiers- and I can see him being upset how they just left Bob behind. (Him and Steven) (Jake could also appear to fight the soldiers)

So after getting taken in by Bucky, they go get Bob. Marc doesn’t of course like how he changed, how Val manipulated Bob, but they still lose the fight.

Everything else happens as normal, Marc, is in the void, possibly this where he learns Jake is working for Khonshu, but turns his focus on Bob, who he can relate to with his emotions, talks with him too.

And in the end- Marc is unfortunately thrown into the New Avengers, and the information he still works for Khonshu, so it’s a real fun time for him, I promise.
