Hey shippers! It's been a while but we, @moonlight-dragon and @gryffindorkxdraws, are bringing back 𝐉𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐮𝐧𝐳𝐞𝐥 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 for 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒! We discussed on what to do for the next JFS event, and finally we were able to come up with a conclusion. Ready to hear what we got? 2024's theme is... 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐬! ❄ ⋆ .·:·* That's right, we're going with 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 for this event! Exciting isn't it? We carefully selected what to use for this event —we tried for each week to have a 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞 (the verses alongside the song really hint towards it), but we also want for you guys to tell whichever story the music sings to you, so all the lyrics are the limit.

He was a shepherd. He shepherded stars. He was to put them where the Man in the Moon said. He knew. Jack knew. But the she was lost. And weren’t stars meant to guide lost princesses home?

"No, I can't let you do this." Her hands covered his gripping the staff, as desperate as the plea leaving her lips. Tears broke the trails of gold his thumbs had drawn across her checkbones, over her freackles scattered across them like stars. She was beautiful. The chuckle that bursts from him is both fond and helpless, his warm eyes looking deeply into hers, his lips trembling. Breaking the staff would mean never shepherding stars again, severing his ties to the Moon court, becoming nobody's son, Jack —hers. He found himself thinking that was everything he ever wanted to be. "Would I become too much to handle, sweetheart?" She laughs as her body surges towards him until their foreheads touch, the happiness radiating out of her dancing across his skin. He had chose her, over the Stars, over the Moon who would not miss him. To Hell with them. She had enough light for them both —she was the Sun princess. As if to make a statement, her hair began glowing, the specks of gold in his eyes glimmering. He was beautiful. "Never."

Going to Sun Kingdom's festival had meant to be nothing but a reckless action, diplomacy and common sense be dammed. But then, just as the dance ends and as sunset arrives, the sky is painted red. So he runs, and as he does, he sees her. A girl, eyes scared and yet so fierce, that screams something before his world turns black.

Jack wakes up to see himself back at the city square, the sun still high in the sky. And so it begins a never ending circle of reviving the same day over and over again (like a macabre dance), trying to stop the war from happening, seeing himself die in the worst case scenarios, only to go back to square one. It is not until he finds her -the girl tired of waiting to be found-, or rather she finds him, that their actions become a little less powerless.

Because, maybe what they find in the way, about each other, might be the key to it all.
