Character Solidifying Meme -- Open!

Of all of these I think Mishima is definitely most quixotic.

The way I try to write him, he thinks hes a planner and a visionary, but its more like he has kind of a one-track mind and he thinks a lot about justifying why hes on that track and feeling good that he's stuck to something. If you ask him if he has specific goals/a plan for something, he probably immediately waffles/doesnt make sense and makes it apparent he wasnt thinking that deeply about whatever track, whether its something as normal and harmless as wanting positive attention to something as extreme as using the PT for that and the incredibly strange things he did while doing that.

Yuuki was as excited as he was nervous-- the Phansite and any other Phantom Thief related chat server or forum had never proven to be the most reliable method of meeting people, but Yuuki always stayed hopeful! After all, he and Hashimoto had really hit it off online! Though, who couldnt get along with someone who also loved just heroes like the Thieves?

Maybe it was all of the stray nervous energy that ended up making Yuuki slightly late to their meet-up. It was a good thing that once he entered the cafe they were supposed to meet at, Hashimoto was incredibly easy to spot. The flashy, cosplay-esque clothes were about what Yuuki could expect after getting to know him online. Man, if only Yuuki could stick out half that much... without being bullied or making an ass of himself, that was.

"H-hey, sorry I'm la--" Halfway through his apology-greeting, Yuuki realized Hashimoto was looking at his phone, bothered by something. "What's- what's wrong? Are p-people c-causing pr-problems in the server again? O-or on the site?"

"Okay...right about here...he says?" Kisho Hashimoto, a young student wearing round glasses, is at the cafe near Shibuya Crossing. After many months of chatting, he can finally meet Yuuki Mishima. He enters the server that talks about a rumored group of superheroes. Shadow thieves who steal and change people's hearts. Phantom Thieves of Hearts.

He never met them, but he heard stories when chatting with Mishima. In a way, they're like him! Although...he hunts down evil spirits that were harming people. But besides that, Mishima sounds like a cool person to hang out with. So he cleared his schedule to meet with him in person. After getting inside the cafe, after ordered iced milk tea. He waits for Mishima to arrive. While waiting, he checks his phone for any updates, but he blinks to see that he has a strange app. A black and red spiral.

Yuuki wasn't usually one to get into fights... well, if you called this a fight.

"--for stickin' your nose int--!!" The shouting behind him was drowned out by the hard slap of his sneakers on the pavement and the rush of blood pounding in his ears. Maybe, just maybe, this wasn't the most long-term way to this whole direct action thing. That thought was only amplified when he ran himself right into a walled-off alleyway. He swiveled around, and unfortunately, it was way too late to throw away his dignity and hide in a dumpster.

"H...hey... th-this isn't..." Yuuki found himself lacking any sort of bravery now that he was doing something by himself, and for real. He held his hands up placatingly, but in doing so he was also holding up the phone he had been recording these guys on.

"Little shit, we're not letting you get away with that. Guys!" The man at the head of the small group barked. Yuuki cringed, failing to remember his best methods for anticipating taking a few hits. Instead, he just hoped as hard as he could that someone would come in and save him from the consequences of his horrible, bad idea... Yeah, like that would happen with his luck...

"I k-kinda get antsy when theres nothing to d-do," It was playfully conspiratorial, the tone he usually used when hinting at Phantom Thief activities, but for a real normal friend thing. "But, I g-guess its a g-good thing this time since we both have all day!"

Yuuki's smile brightened even more when Ryuji seemed surprised. His knack for names, and maybe his sort of tendency to latch onto Ryuji when he spoke, had come in handy!

"Yeah! You'll have to t-tell me what the b-best thing they have is on the way!" He nodded, maybe affirming a bit too much in his excitement. It was hard to be self-conscious around Ryuji though, and Yuuki's thoughts seemed to center around anticipation for the other boy to lead. Yuuki would admit that the only places he tended to eat around town were more internet-cafe style.

Ryuji's smile was always nice. It was warm and infectious, making joy bubble up in Yuuki's chest until it spread to his own face.

"Nope! Or-- wait-- No plans, sounds g-good!" He matched Ryuji's hope with enthusiasm. Yuuki probably would have said yes just as readily to anything he had suggested though, hanging out with Ryuji was always fun.

"Do you wanna g-go anywhere in particular?" Yuuki tried to pick his brain for anything new he had heard about, maybe something exciting to impress Ryuji, before remembering something else. "You said you liked that one place, right? Ogi...kubo?"

Ryuji's smile was always nice. It was warm and infectious, making joy bubble up in Yuuki's chest until it spread to his own face.

"Do you wanna g-go anywhere in particular?" Yuuki tried to pick his brain for anything new he had heard about, maybe something exciting to impress Ryuji, before remembering something else. "You said you liked that one place, right? Ogi...kubo?"

School had always dragged by incredibly slowly for him - but at least he'd managed to get some naps in between classes. Teachers had long since deemed him a lost cause and unless he was stuck in a class with a particularly vindictive teacher, they didn't even bother with trying to rouse him. Some classmates might turn to shoot him a dirty look but he didn't give a damn about any of them. Resting his head on a book, nodding off a few times and counting to ten...and he was out like a light. Shaking his head, one hand wiped at his eyes as he blearily blinked away the lingering sleepiness and drowsiness that still clung to him. He gave each of his legs a shake and headed for the exit of the school, his books clutched under his arm.

"H-Hey...!" Lifting up his head, he couldn't help but smile as Mishima approached and lazily, he lifted one hand up in a wave.

"Nah, no plans just yet - you got any?" He asks, looking over at Mishima almost hopefully. "You...maybe want to grab a bite together?"

@electricea -- woohoo preplotted! School wasn't exactly the most energizing thing in the world, but with a few extended peeks at his phone it was at least over soon. The tense order of class was soon replaced with other students either gathering their things or staying back to chat with their friends. In a not too distant past, Yuuki would have envied the former while making a beeline to wherever he needed to go next.

But now, he thought as he made the short walk between classrooms, he had a friend!

"R-ryuji!" Yuuki started, still stumbling over the familiarity. "Did-did you have any plans after school t-today?"
