(Please Don't Repost People's Art.)Hi! I'm Mop, and I like creating things. Mostly within digital art, but if something tickles my fancy, I might give it a shot. My main blog: @become-mopI'm still a beginner who's looking to learn, but this place is mostly for my own fun.Fair warning: there might be an occasional practice piece or anatomy study posted, if I feel like sharing. They'll be labeled mature. (Probably won't be super often, though. Not crazy active on here.)(If these things do not interest you, consider yourself notified.)Welcome to the Show Floor. Please watch your step, and enjoy your visit. :)

Oops. Still getting used to the side blog thing. I'll probably reblog in the wrong place by mistake again, lol.

Thumbs are disproportionately harder to draw than they have any legal right to be. They looks so similar to fingers, but decided to pull a fast one on us by positioning themselves to be on a rotated joint!
Is there a way we can legally SUE thumbs for impeding the artistic process? Or at least try for emotional damages?
#it's been like 1.5 hours...#the rest of the fingers all play nice#it's both of you that stick out like sore... thumbs...#rant over lol

First piece posted! Somewhere between 10-12 hours to complete. :) I've heard that having a place to post an art or skill that you want to improve in is beneficial not only for potential feedback, but also to be able to see the improvements you make over time. Digital art is a casual hobby for me, but that principle still applies, I suppose. There was a little bit of pain trying to figure out how to reduce the file size to below 20mb limit without reducing quality. I think I finally figured out how to get it to work.
