The groundskeeper watches Mind walk away, and slowly goes back to the strange hedge sculpture.

At the stand, the one meant to help is asleep. They have some impressively large, metal looking antlers getting in the way, but the maps are not far back, just by where their elbow rests. A pile of chilly waterbottles are right next to it. Mind would just have to reach through the antlers to grab one, or stand on tippy toes and try to reach over.

"Oh, you do look kind of like that Whole guy. That place is that way."

The groundskeeper points to a house in the distance, hidden by trees and other things.

"Maps are good to have. It's out of date, but it works still."

"Well, we do have an information stand over there. They have maps."

The groundskeeper points over at a stand with the word "INFO" helpfully above them. Someone is asleep at the table.

"If you're looking for somewhere specific, I can point you in the right direction. I know the place well."

Another groundskeeper with a blue undershirt beneath the green jacket looks over and waves.

Morris bends down, calmly picks up the hand, and hands it back to Taisha.

He points at a little rickety wooden booth titled "INFORMATION" with a person with long hair and metal antlers sleeping at it.

"Worker, worker!"

"Groundskeeper Morris has only been here a few months. They say it is the moon cycle! Morris learns so many good things. Morris does not understand all. Is the hours of sunset normal? Or is it one day? Two days? Three?"

He smiles brightly, and yet somehow there is no life behind those eyes.

"Village in your head! Head head head village! Brainspace. Headspace? World in skull! World at large. All yours! Serve you. Groundskeepers groundskeep mean and green! Safe. Pleasure. Good. Like home! Make happy."

Morris taps his noggin.

"Every day a sunset, but before it was too long. Felt like days! Morris is not sure what is normal sunset. Morris comes from where there is no sun except at the tippy top! What is a sunset, CJ-Whole?"

He taps his foot and rubs a bit of his scruff.

"Groundskeeper Morris does not know many much. Morris will try to answer, still."

Morris points to the home that belonged to them all.

They smile, and then turn around to see other Groundskeepers celebrating as they've caught a rabbit, one pulling out a portable firepit, and then turns back.

"There! Maps. Water. Worker!"

He points over at a small stand with a person asleep at it. Then, he moves to gesture at a tall building a bit a way from the plaza.

"Hotel! Pleasurely good people live there. Morris lives there. Say hi!"

Morris stands tall and proudly, trying to reassure and make her happy.

“Be pleasure!”
