Anxiety Rules! (Your brain, that is)
So very recently I was diagnosed with moderate to severe anxiety. Now I know everyone gets anxious; it's inevitable. Bit for me it's different. I get so stuck in my head worrying about so many different things. They can be horrible thoughts about the end of the world, or the apocalypse, to worrying about a test to the point that I can't study correctly.
And it never stops. Half the time I worry so much that I can't sleep. There's no off switch, no backdoor out of my head. It's me and my head and my thoughts in a never-ending battle
