The sun burns bright

Light shining on a wasteland

Yet she protects us from it

Our wonderful Earth

He burned so bright

A conquering god over all

The light seemed to almost blot him out

But all could feel his presence

All could feel the righteous fury he would wreak upon

the rats of society

And his name was

The Nutcracker

Guardian of old

Growing evermore so wise

A silent watcher

The flowers stretch to the sky

Petals open to receive the warmth of the sun

To fuel the entire world with their growth

And to be beautiful as they do it

Carrying dreams of wishes for

Those who still have hope

When I was editing this photo I was messing around and just turning some settings WAY up just to see what would happen and this came out. Honestly I considered restarting but I don’t know, I really like the way it almost looks like a painting now.
