Mac had a very busy crazy hectic year. He had been dumped, divorced, had won custody and the best thing was he had fallen in love with his best friend. It was shortly before he had won custody back that he and Mel had admitted how they felt for each other. After that drunken sex filled night, the pair was inseparable apart from at work. He was truly in love and like most people who are in love they showed it sleeping together many times during the last year. While they were good with protection sometimes they were lapse. Mac never found himself worrying about it too much. Because he wouldn’t mind being a dad one more time and Mel’s period always Came.

It had been a long hard gruesome case but in the end, the team had been successful and were able to get one of the victim's home to their family. He had just finished watching the reunification when his eyes fell on Mel’s figure down the hall. Saying goodbye to the team he walked over to her kissing her soft lips gently “Hey sweetheart what a nice surprise. Is everything ok?” He asked his profiling senses picking up how nervous she was.

I found this really awesome free app for dealing with mental health issues.

It’s called Booster Buddy, it’s free, and it’s available for both Android and iOS.

It works by giving you ‘quests’ (daily tasks) that you are encouraged to complete each day. They are very small things and it caters to you (it asks you questions at the start about what you struggle with).

It’s designed to be child friendly and easy to understand. I’m finding it really helpful. You can also input medication times for a reminder and emergency contact details.

I love this app and I had to share it with you all!
